CLUB PIERRE CHARRON

I went there to play poker for fews hours, the casino not big compared to all casino in California but they have little of everything. Customers service was awesome, very friendly staff and safe environment for tourists! I might come back another night for black jack before go back to California!

This is the third year in a row I visit Paris for vacation and every time I come to play poker at Club Pier Charoon.
Unfortunately, I always seem to bust with a cooler at this place — and somehow the players who win big seem to be very familiar faces who I believe might be connected to the club.

This time, after losing 400bb (~800€) with KK vs AA, I wanted to go home and ordered a taxi. I was waiting near the entrance, as it was raining outside.

A very large security guard came to me and told me rudely: "Don’t stand here, this is the entrance."
I explained that I was just waiting for my taxi because of the rain, but the guard spoke to me in a very aggressive and disrespectful tone, and even seemed to try to intimidate me physically.

Honestly, after such an experience, I don’t feel like coming back anymore.

I hope the management looks into how their staff treat guests — especially after a long poker session.
I’m updating my previous review because something even worse happened the following day.

After my first negative experience with the security guard, I came back the next day and politely tried to ask him why he had spoken to me so rudely before. Instead of explaining or apologizing, he responded aggressively again — this time in French — with a very hostile tone and even waved his finger up and down in a threatening way, as if trying to intimidate me again.

It’s clear he doesn’t speak English and has no idea how to treat clients. I could have called the police, but I didn’t want to damage the image of the club. Still, this kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable
I did not repost the same review — I updated my original comment because a second, more serious incident occurred the following day. I am a real client who has visited your club multiple times over the years.

It’s very disappointing that instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing for your security guard’s behavior, you chose to publicly accuse me of lying and “coordinating an attack.” This kind of public defamation is unacceptable.

If you truly have nothing to hide, I invite you to publish the relevant security camera footage from the evening in question — as it will clearly show who acted improperly.

If this defamatory response is not removed or corrected, I reserve the right to file formal complaints with:
– DGCCRF (French Consumer Protection Authority),
– Google Maps for abusive and dishonest business replies,
– and potentially TripAdvisor or any other platform where your club is listed.

I fully stand by my experience and am ready to provide further evidence if needed.

Прочитал несколько комментариев насчет ожидания такси , это действительно так , охрана не разрешает стоять на входе , в арке . Когда идет дождь это проблема . Почему такое правило ?
