Das Haus Fauchon, das so oft mit seinen Köstlichkeiten zum Träumen anregt, musste uns eine solche schöne Überraschung bereiten. Mit diesem Hotel, das stolz die Marke trägt und logischerweise seit seiner Eröffnung einen sehr hohen Standard anstrebt und erreicht, ist es gelungen. Rund fünfzig Zimmer, darunter 17 Suiten, werden seit September am Place de la Madeleine, der Wiege der Gruppe, angeboten. Nüchterne Linien und Farben, die an die berühmtesten Macarons erinnern, sind allesamt markante Punkte. Die Aussicht ist überwältigend, der Service ebenfalls, und natürlich werden die glücklichen Kunden mit schönen, angebotenen Leckereien verwöhnt. Das alles hat natürlich seinen Preis! Aber was für ein Erlebnis!

Besides, the hotel staff is super friendly and helpful to help me find my phone. I've lost my phone on the taxi seat. At the time, i was very stressful, since i was already on the way back to London and then back to US. The hotel helped me contact the taxi company and successfully convinced the taxi driver to send the phone back to the hotel. After that, hotel staff also helped me arranged the DHL, packaged my lost phone, and mailed it to me in the US in just a few days!
I'm really impressive by the excellent service and helpfulness of hotel staff in hotel Fauchon. I will definitely continue to choose the hotel as the place to stay in the next trip to Paris!
