Very good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Aissa, Ismail and manager Bartosz were awesome. I highly recommend to stay here.

Location is a amazing, at a relatively quiet street off champs eleysee and within short walking distance from the metro and many key attractions. The hotel was recently renovated, so the rooms are very modern, practical and tastefully done. However, the sizes of the room vary and can is relatively small. It is the smallest Intercontinental that I have ever stayed in. The onsite restaurant is yet to open so there was no F and B choices apart from the bar. Service was impecabble. Charming property overall. It feels like a boutique hotel but with the 5 stars service and luxuries one can expect from an Intercontinental.

Loved my stay at IC - Champs Elysee. Room was fantastic extremely clean. Location is fantastic. The staff were the best part. So friendly, helpful, english was perfect. Always giving help advising where to eat/ drink/activities.
Franck was absolutely amazing! He was the best part of our stay. He was extremely helpful. He made us feel at ease. He could not have done enough for us. He is a brilliant asset to the hotel. I would love to come back based on his service. Franck made us feel at ease, helped us organise our trip. He was brilliant.

Fantastic hotel! The room is well-equipped and comfortable. The staff went beyond expectation to help guests (Thank you Franck for helping me with the suitcases!). The gym was small (no threadmill). The location is great, just a stonethrow from Champs-Elysées.

The hotel is amazing. I liked the ambiance, and the staff are friendly, especially Ismail. The rooms are clean, and the location is good. The only negative thing is that the room is very small.

Service client peu aimable et incomprehensif en cas de litige .

Bloquée et paralysée du dos le jour de mon arrivée, j'ai au téléphone une personne adorable qui m'affirme que avec preuve de mon docteur il ne devrait pas y avoir de problème pour le remboursement ou non prélèvement. J'annonce donc mon annulation.

J'envoie la lettre de mon docteur, booking m'affirme qu'un simple mail de l'hôtel avec cette preuve me permettrait mon remboursement....

Refus et non écoute.

Je ne lâcherai pas ce dossier jusqu'à ce qu un geste commercial soit fait.

Une honte .

Room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Service was excellent and all personnel spoke at least a bit of english which was quite helpful. The location is walking distance to most major sites including a 4 minute walk to a metro link right in front if the Louis Vuitton store which is nice. Thank you to the staff!

The tiniest rooms I have ever seen in my life!! Honestly, I have never imagined you could make a hotel room out of this tiny space. I could barely move around the room! Forget about walking!! LOL

The hotel is clean, and most importantly, the location is amazing. If you are looking to enjoy Paris, and stay at an amazing location, this is your place. Just don't stay in the hotel.

La salle du restaurant n'est pas très grande et dotée d'une décoration très standard.
dès lors il est difficile d'avoir une conversation sans la partager avec ses voisins....
La carte est courte et sans trop de prétention, ce qui est plutôt un atout, mais la qualité de cuisine ne justifie peut être pas cette gamme de prix.
Service empressé, un peu trop ?
