Restaurant mit leichter und schmackhafter kretischer Küche.
Talos, ein bronzener Riese aus der griechischen Mythologie, war Kreter. Wenn man seine Höhle betritt, ist man von der pflanzlichen Dekoration und vor allem von der leichten und schmackhaften kretischen Küche begeistert, die angeblich rüstige Hundertjährige fit macht. Hier kommen die Produkte frisch und direkt von der Insel und die Küche ist hausgemacht. Wenn man von der berühmten Diät nur das Olivenöl und die Rohkost kennt, sollte man sich auf die Entdeckung von in Olivenöl gebratenen Calamari, Tzatziki, Moussaka, Nudelauflauf mit Fleisch oder Keftedes (Fleischbällchen) begeben. Dann folgt ein in Zitrone mariniertes, im Topf gegartes Bauernschwein mit kretischem Reis, bevor man sich den Baklava zuwendet - eine Köstlichkeit! Nicht zu vergessen ist der Wein, der (natürlich in Maßen) ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der kretischen Ernährung ist... Vacilis bietet Bio-Weine aus dem Toplou-Kloster an, die er an Privatpersonen verkauft. Das Olivenöl, das ebenfalls zum Verkauf steht und Grundlage seiner gesamten Küche ist, stammt von seinem Landgut "Talos". Es ist für seine hohe Qualität bekannt und gewann mehrere Jahre in Folge den internationalen Mario-Solinas-Wettbewerb, den wichtigsten Wettbewerb auf internationaler Ebene. Er bietet auch reinen und unvermischten Thymianhonig an, der in seiner Küche als Beilage zu frischem Joghurt aus Schafsmilch verwendet wird.

This restaurant needs to be improved in several aspects if want to survive this very competitive culinary segment in Paris. I'm going to leave the points one by one to you.
1- First there's no WiFi. You're in the most touristy city on earth. Tourists from all around the world, many like us have no local cellphone carriers. How's this possible? Not having WiFi ????
2- The menu with the prices updated (higher) is in French only. Something we learned about only after placing the order with the in-English menu. Yes, they told us that AFTER placing the order. I don't know if using the word dishonesty but this is pretty close to it.
3- The "orange" juice smells, tastes, and has the consistency of Mango ???? juice.
4- The people we saw cooking they don't seem to be Greek. The Greek were like bosses sitting and talking in a table more like giving indications to the ones cooking which again they didn't look Greeks at all.
5- The only waiter is not properly dressed as a waiter and is almost never available. He disappeared for several minutes some times. And this gentleman lacks of manners, the proper manners you should use when dealing with customers.
6- We asked for two grilled swordfish and one slovaky (my apologies for the pronunciation) and we received the fishes and not the slovaky.
7- Finally, the fish, that one you see in the photo in this review, was kinda raw.
Only the decoration is something I looked good.
I love Greece and wherever I go I try to go always to Greek restaurants. In my opinion is one of the best cuisines in the world.
Unfortunately we've had to leave this rare negative review to alert potential victims and also, why not, to make them improve the service.
In conclusion, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.
