Das Le Christine liegt mitten im Herzen von Saint-Germain-des-Prés und ist mit seiner orangefarbenen Fassade nicht zu übersehen. Ein schicker, nüchterner Tisch und eine schlichte Einrichtung mit Holzbalken und freiliegenden Steinen. Auch wenn die Kundschaft überwiegend aus dem Ausland kommt, ist das Restaurant dennoch eine Referenz mit einer traditionellen Küche, die jedoch im Stil des 21. Jahrhunderts überarbeitet und vom Chefkoch Rémi Poulain orchestriert wird, den man in seiner zum Saal hin offenen Küche bei der Arbeit beobachten kann. Seine Speisekarte richtet sich nach den Jahreszeiten und dem Markt und ist in mehreren Menüs erhältlich. Wenn Sie es sich leisten können, entscheiden Sie sich ohne zu zögern für das 4-Gänge-Menü, dessen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unübertroffen ist.

We had booked this restaurant to make a magic Christmas Eve in Paris. The food was delicious!!!
But we are so disappointed by the wine menu and the location
In our country a wine menu includes glasses at around 12 cl. At Christine we got around the half - the first glass was even less, just enough to a sip. That left us with empty glasses during most of the dinner, and created a sense of disappointment of the total experience. Also tables were placed so tight that it was impossible to get out without moving the table, and made any dialogue almost impossible.
The food was really great, but we will not be returning to the restaurant based on this experience.
