Quartier intéressant, galerie sobre, pas beaucoup de hauteur sous plafond et à moitié en sous-sol, librairie de bonne facture.

Currently exhibiting Richard Avedon’s “West”, very convincingly placed. Just two big rooms but worth it at ten Euros. Lots of small bistros and a park nearby

I went to the fondation to see Richard Avedon’s « In the American West » exhibition. It was absolutely great to enjoy the portraits and the scenography was perfect for the fondation.

Vraiment moyen. Passionnée de photographie j'avais vraiment hâte de visiter le lieu mais l'expérience n'était malheureusement pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Le personnel était très désagréable. L'exposition était intéressante mais court et ça reste cher pour ce que c'est.

L'exposition Richard Avedon était intéressante, mais pourriez-vous éviter de mettre de l'écriture inclusive dans la présentation des œuvres, surtout quand il s'agit de textes traduits de l'anglais ? Je pense au texte de présentation de la photo de l'apiculteur. C'est agaçant, inutile et dénué de sens pour des traductions.

Visit to the Cartier-Bresson Exhibition in Turin
Not everyone can be a good photographer, can they? And Henri Cartier-Bresson, known as “the eye of the century,” is an exceptional one. Capturing human life, understanding it in order to draw reflections from it, is of great importance. The photographs in the exhibition, taken with his inseparable Leica between 1930 and 1970, bear witness to his passion for Italy. His photos are snapshots of time, most often in black and white. “The first impression is often the best,” he says.
What I appreciate in his photographs is the tradition, the culture, and the everyday life of people. Some moments from the “little history” are presented to us—moments that seem trivial but in reality convey a great deal. Just like all forms of art, they carry a certain depth. The photographs sometimes hold a sense of nostalgia but also beauty.
I also enjoy, in some candid shots, the classic clothing of Italian men and women, such as woolen grey coats. Clothing, too, is a marker of a culture that shaped them.
In the end, I thought to myself that I would like, like Henri Cartier-Bresson, to master new technologies with excellence and creativity, and to have, on my humble level, that same power to transmit and to create art.

Una pena que no fuera más grande y espacioso. Sitio agradable para disfrutar de las obras de otros fotógrafos. Me gustaría una exposición de Henri Cartier Bresson permanente más amplia, pero bueno, el espacio es el que es y todo no se puede.

Wir sind eigentlich etwas per Zufall in die Ausstellung gestolpert. Den Photograph kannte ich vorher nicht. Ich war sehr sehr angetan. Toll war die Entwicklung des Künstlers "hautnah" erleben zu können. Alltag, Beruf und Kunst sind hier als Einheit bildhaft zu erleben.

Interesting photography exhibits. I’m sure it depends on who they are showcasing. Beautiful facility, not too crowded, but quite a few people. We wished there were more photos by Cartier-Breslin. They should have a permanent exhibit of his work.

I was hoping to see his photos, i’ve been studying his art for 20 years, came to PARIS, for the first time and they show only 5 photos and the rest is from another photographers. VERY DESSAPOINTED
