Un hôtel nul, malhonnête, avec un personnel qui manque de professionnalisme.
On voulait y séjourner pour un voyage d´affaire, on a donc fait une réservation le soir du 22.01, pour le 23.01, on a rien reçu, pas de confirmation, pas de numéro de réservation, rien du tout! On stressait toute la nuit parce qu´on a le vol le lendemain matin et on a encore pas de réservation confirmée. Le matin , encore rien reçu on décide de réserver dans un hôtel à côté, pour un prix plus cher, vu qu´on avait vraiment pas de choix, tout se passe bien, jusqu'à ce qu´on reçoit après 17h, que notre chambre du premier hôtel nous attend et que les clés seront... On leur répond qu´on a jamais reçu de confirmation, on pouvait rien faire évidemment, et ce n´était pas de notre faute, mais leur guest relation, très mal formé pour répondre aux clients, nous dit qu´on nous a envoyé un mail pour nous dire où on pouvait trouver les clés de la chambre, mais ce n´était pas ça le problème. On échangeait plusieurs mails mais on vain, il insistait que s´était de notre faute, alors qu´on a JAMAIS reçu de confirmation de réservation par mail, ni un numéro ni rien du tout!!! On nous a chargé la nuitée bien sûre, mais on va porter plainte.
Heureusement que notre second hôtel est super! Ça a un peu rattrapé le coup. On est heureux de ne pas avoir séjourné chez Konfidentiel hôtel.

Well situated, central to major sites. There is one room per floor so there is a lot of privacy. However the building is old; rooms and bathrooms are renovated there are some things to work out such as little to no hot water in the shower and choppy wifi. The hotel staff are lovely people who will go above and beyond to ensure you have a good experience.

Wonderful small boutique hotel to stay at in Paris. There is 6 rooms and each one is themed and unique and absolutely stunning. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the vibe. The lobby is very small but you'll most likely rather be exploring the city anyways. Excellent security, 3 steps of using the key card to get safely into rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I will say if your interested in sleeping on one of the bunk beds be sure to ask the staff to pull it down for you or you might end up with an extra charge.

Perfectly fantastic in every way. The rooms are gorgeous (we had 2 rooms--and each were uniquely fabulous)... Staff is wonderful and location is AWESOME!

Sehr schönes, kleines Hotel. Mitten im Leben und trotzdem ruhig. Die Zimmer sind klasse mit vernünftiger Grösse und ordentlichem Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Extrawünsche, die wurden gerne berücksichtigt.????

The place was just perfect. We highly recommend it. 10'away from Louver and Notre Damme. 5'away from metro station and walkable distance to Latin quoter, which is one of the best quoters in Paris for us. We stayed at French Revolution room as I have post few photos of there.

6 rooms in the hotel in total - so quaint and Parisienne! Kids couldn't believe the hotel only had 6 rooms. Rooms are average European city size and were decorated individually. Kids liked the bunk beds. Shower pressure was great. A/C was solid. Room was a little dusty near the windows though. But the room was cleaned while we were out very carefully which was nice. Wifi was not good and the TV didn't work for us but we didn't care as we were 5 mins walk from the Louvre and 10 mins walk from Notre Dame. And 10 mins walk from a large kids park. Perfect location. Great cafe right next door too and a shop down the street that had everything we needed. Friendly staff at concierge too who take their time with your questions as there are only 6 rooms to worry about! (But don't forget your key as there is no concierge after a certain time and the place is totally locked up).

The rooms are stunning and large! They come equipped with robes, slippers, AND a hairdryer with a diffuser (important for those curly hair ladies!). The customer service is excellent, with the staff really trying to meet any requests you have. Great security, important when you are a solo female traveler. And the location cannot be beat! I would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Polite staff, clean room, unique boutique style accommodations. Great location for sight seeing. Family of 4 adults had the top loft room giving us plenty of sleeping & lounging room between our 10-15 mile walking days at to the sights & museums.

È un albergo molto costoso , servizi pessimi e reception sempre vuota in qualsiasi ora del giorno. Sembra più un B&B. Con gli stessi soldi vado sicuramente in un albergo a 5 stelle. Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
