The shop itself is the best in Paris. However the staff working on Friday 22/03/2024 at 17:35 was trying to cheat.
I wanted to change Euro to South African Rand (ZAR) but as ZAR is minor currency, it’s not shown on the board outside. So 2 weeks ago, I asked to the shop if I could buy ZAR, how much was the rate. Very friendly staff told me 1€ was 19.5ZAR.
Then today, by looking at the exchange ratio, it should be something like 19.6 today. However the staff today told me 1€=19.0ZAR. I pointed out it was 19.5 two weeks before, then he said it’s ok to change at 1€=19.5ZAR
Do you think he has the right to change the shop rate? I don’t think so. I believe he was trying to fraud.

Super agence de change. Amabilité exceptionnelle. Le monsieur au guichet ( « d’origine indienne « ) a été incroyablement gentil . Il a pris le temps de chercher des coupures qui me convenaient. Et super taux de change !!!
