HÔTEL CARLADEZ CAMBRONNE ^{* * *}

Séjour d une nuit le 27 février 2025. A notre arrivée vers 16h , on nous informe que l ascenseur est en panne ainsi que l électricité. La personne à l accueil est très peu aimable et ne propose aucune aide pour les valises.. nous avons demandé une chambre plus accessible, c est soit disant Impossible. De retour vers 23h, l ascenseur est toujours en panne et il n y a pas d électricité dans notre chambre. Je finis par trouver une personne dans la salle prévue pour les petits déjeuners ( il n y a personne dans le hall d accueil) qui nous attribue une autre chambre. Je précise que nous sommes septuagénaires. Le seul standing de l hôtel c est son prix. A éviter absolument..

Me and my partner booked this hotel as the location was good and the pictures on the website looked fantastic for the money.||||We stayed here for 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday) and cost us around €300 plus city tax at around €33 for us both for the three nights.(payable on arrival).||||||On first impressions walking in it looks ok, carpets were tired and narrow stairs leading to our floor/room (4th floor room 403).||||There is a small lift available that can carry 2people plus our luggage but wouldn’t try for a third person.||||On entering the room it was small but what did we expect for the money, plus we just needed a bed to sleep in and washing facilities which is what we had.||||Best way to describe the condition is a polished turd, they have tried to make an effort to modernise it but on a budget in my opinion.||||The bed was comfortable, nice pillows and lining, fresh towels everyday, clean and tidy, and working AC (temperamental at times).||||If your one that carries a bit of weight, then you might struggle to use the shower, the doors are so narrow to enter and moving around it to wash is next to impossible.||||On closer inspection there where a few things that let it down to look at, like stains on the roof, holes where screws used to be and cracks in the tiles from old shelving that’s been removed.||||The shower head could also do with a deep clean as this was minging.||||But all that wouldn’t have bothered us to the point to give this a moderate review if it hadn’t been for the noisy neighbours above us, our first night there we were shattered so when we couldn’t sleep due to the stomping of the people in the room above us we just put it down to us being picky.||||The next night we had come back from Disney for the day and again was shattered and was very sleepy but again those same neighbours were stomping around, each of these nights it quietened down by around 12 midnight.||||However, the final night was where it was too much, by 1:15 in the morning I had to get dressed and go down stairs and complain to the night staff, they were apologetic even though it wasn’t there fault and I assumed they had contacted those individuals, however by 1:50am I had to get dressed again and complain, this time I stayed while they contacted them and threatened to call the police if they didn’t stop.||||Luckily this was enough to shut them up but it spoiled our stay here and naturally I felt as though it made me tired the next day from having a bad nights sleep and having to check out on the Sunday morning.||||As I said it’s a shame the neighbours let it down because we could have had a really good stay here if it wasn’t for them.||||You could argue I should have complained days earlier but we are not ones to make a fuss and hate any confrontation but according to the staff, those individuals were very young and clearly had no respect for other people.||||All in all, the room was as good as what we paid for and for the time we spent in it, we got what we wanted and needed from it.||||We didn’t use the dinning facilities so cannot comment on that, we just ate out in the city (which was expensive) but we budgeted for that.||||If your expecting 5star or high standard facilities, I’d skip this hotel, it’s fine for somewhere to store your luggage, use the safe for passports and valuables, and wash and sleep but if you plan to use the hotel for more staying in, it’s not really the place for that.||||Would I stay here again? Probably not, call me a snob but I just felt it was misleading by the pictures and was just not to the standards I expected.||||I wish I’d know what it was really like and would have paid more to stay somewhere else.||||I hope my pictures give you all a better idea of the conditions and what you are paying for.||||Enjoy, Rich

Cet hôtel a un mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Les chambres sont al entretenues, avec des taches sur les murs.
Le service laisse à désirer.
En plus je me suis fait voler des affaires ( du shopping que j’avais effectué); et au lieu d’investiguer notamment en vérifiant les caméras de surveillance ( il y’en a qu’à l’accueil); le gérant a fait preuve d’une grande mauvaise foi. J’ai décidé de renoncer à mes deux nuitées restantes et je suis allé dans un autre hôtel.
En 20 d’utilisation des services hôteliers, je n’avais jamais été viciée de vol nulle part dans le monde, à part dans et Hotel. Et je suis tombé sur d’autres témoignages de cas de vols dans cet établissement.

Cet n’a pas un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont mal entretenues, et le service est inexistant.
Je viens de séjourner la bas, et j’ai du partir car on ma volé des affaires dans ma chambre; et face a la mauvaise foi du gérant, j’ai du prendre mes affaires et partir dans un autre hôtel.
En 20 ans d’utilisation de chambre d’hôtel, je n’ai jamais été victime de vol à part dans cet hôtel.

Hotel well located and nice. Internet could be improved as was quite slow.
