Room was okay, No cutting board or cutting knife. We could hear everything from the hallway. Except from this everything was okay. Really great service.

I stayed for 4 nights, great value for the pricing. The location was great, a metro line 3 minutes away by walk - safe and quiet area. The staff were very kind and helpful! The rooms were simple and clean.

Pero al llegar allí nos hicieron pagar 77€ de una supuesta "fianza" que en ningún sitio se informaba (hay que denunciar en Booking) Los recepcionistas bordes, mal educados, prepotentes menos una chica que trabaja allí que es encantadora. El hotel bien ubicado en cuanto a metro, sitio tranquilo. Escaleras huelen mal (nuestra habitación no) muy mejorable porque te obligan a "limpieza" diaria del apartamento con tal de entrar a ver cómo lo estás manteniendo. Pero piden mucho para lo poco que dan.

Ya habíamos pagado y al llegar nos exigieron una fianza de 77 euros sin previo aviso.

Al llegar no había recepcionista y tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos a que nos atendieran. La habitación no estaba lista.

Olores rancios. Necesita mejorar la limpieza.

The stay was fine, we got a room with a small kitchen. A few times the light in our room would shut off when we tried to use the stove, which is was problematic. The stove was also not very powerful so it was difficult to cook food besides heating it. Also the hotel entrance had a very bad smell, like a really bad animal smell, but fortunately it didn't get inside the room. I reckon the staff should be more careful with these types of things. Besides that there were no other problems, the room was cleaned everyday. 3 stars.

Hôtel écoeurant niveau hygiène, nous avons trouvé des poils sur le lit en arrivant , les escaliers sont tellement ignoble que je n’ai pas les mots pour les décrire , chambre très petit et étroite , l’écran fait la taille d’un pc portable bas de gamme , réception très désagréable , bref , le pire hôtel de ma vie , je déconseille fortement , les bons avis sont sûrement des compte créé à l’occasion pour augmenter leur niveau de réputation . Et je ne parle même pas du prix , vous trouverais un ibis 2x moins cher à côté .

Petit hôtel sympa dans une rue calme

Comodo edificio in prossimità del centro di Parigi. Mi sono fermata per due notti e ho avuto sia delle esperienze positive che negative.
Come punti a favore:
il personale è stato gentile e disponibile;
la posizione della struttura è comoda;
la presenza del bollitore, il mini frigo e delle piastre scaldavivande è stata davvero utile.
Come punti negativi:
la mia stanza si trovava all'ultimo piano dell'edificio, e salire e scendere tre piani di scale con i bagagli è stato difficile;
quando ho prenotato la stanza, sul sito era indicato che l'angolo cottura avrebbe consentito di cucinare, invece, ho scoperto sul momento che le due piastre del fornello potevano solo riscaldare gli alimenti, e non cuocerli;
una sera, utilizzando le piastre della cucina, una delle due si è bruciata e ha riempito tutta la stanza di fumo tossico, costringendomi a spalancare la finestra, il 3 di dicembre.
L'ultima cosa che mi ha lasciata davvero perplessa, è che al check in mi sono stati richiesti e prelevati altri €80,00 per deposito cauzionale, nel caso in cui avessi dovuto perdere le chiavi della stanza. Al check out, invece di restituirmi direttamente i soldi come garantito sul sito, mi è stato detto che sarebbero stati automaticamente sbloccati dal mio sistema bancario, forse entro due settimane. Li ho riavuti indietro dopo più di un mese, e questo mi ha fatta sentire molto a disagio.
Complessivamente è stata una buona esperienza, ma non tornerei ancora in questa struttura.

The hotel is great for emergencies when I have a problem with accommodations. The staff are wonderful and even deal with deaf people like me unlike expensive hotels

Disgraceful is the word when I visited this hotel in Paris. Shino the manager here is the Fraud and his only motive is to loot the tourists.
He lied to me that a family of three cannot stay in a single room with double bed in France citing legal issues.
He charged 150 eur for a night ..he needs to be exposed and thrown behind the bars for being such a sick terrible guy..
I would caution people not to visit this hotel and blacklist him from all his business.
God will punish him.

Great location but don't expect much from service. As it is a budget hotel.

Pretty basic hotel, situated in a beautiful area near the Place D'Italie. The rooms are nothing special, but they were decent enough and clean enough. I only stayed for one night so it was okay. The staff at the reception is very helpful and kind. The area near the hotel is nice and it's a good place to explore Paris on a budget.

Je déconseille à tous même pour 1 nuit d'ailleurs, nous sommes allés en urgence dans un autre hôtel.
Plusieurs cafards grouillant dans les coins, lit apparemment poilu, voisins très bruyants, escaliers et couloirs délabrés...
Malgré ça, je dois avouer que le coin est agréable et métro pas loin.
À bon entendeur...

Nous avons voulu séjourner une nuit là bas. Après avoir vu un cafard dans la douche, un autre dans le lit et un autre insecte sur un mur un peu de temps, nous sommes partis. Le lit était sale, rempli de poils....
L'intérieur de l'hôtel était abîmé et le voisinage particulièrement bruyant
Nous espérons un remboursement...

It is a very affordable Hotel, staff are super friendly and always available if you need something. It’s an old building but with everything you need, I paid for a doble in suite, breakfast for €4 per person. Area super close to many buses and the metro were just 3 minutes walk, you have a very big shopping in front with a Carrefour to save money. Also restaurants like Otakuni are a plus, delicious food. Can’t complain at all!
