What a super place, we loved staying at Terrace 86. Really helpful guidance and recommendations in the run up to check in. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped. Lovely touches with the tea/coffee/champagne. Short walk into town - so well placed. We really appreciated the AC during the heatwave too! Would highly recommend and will be back.

Sarah the host was brilliant, she was in contact pre-arrival, during & after.
The apartment was clean and spacious with a spectacular terrace. It was a 10 min walk to the centre of Epernay so we could walk everywhere. I’ll definitely return.

Fantastic Stay! Sarah did her utmost to make our stay perfect both before, during and after.

Das Haus ist ganz fantastisch und super ausgestattet! Tolle Betten, schöne Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche,sehr sauber und ruhig! Eine 100 % – Empfehlung, vielen Dank, dass wir hier sein durften!

We had a fantastic stay at BNB Epernay, the room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything you could need Plus it is just a short, pleasant 10 to 12 min walk to the town center. What made it truly special was our wonderful host, Sarah.
Her warm hospitality and amazing local recommendations elevated our trip beyond expectations—her insights were absolutely invaluable!
We visited on a Sunday, so quite a few places were closed—but thanks to Sarah's guidance, we still had a fulfilling experience.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped for a studio and was very central. We loved our stay and our only gripe was that the road is a little noisy.

Great location, 10 minute walk from town centre. Fantastic apartment with lovely terrace. Lots of information provided by the hosts prior to our trip really helped with planning where to go and what was available locally.

Goed gelegen appartement. Heel netjes en ideaal voor twee koppels. Het terras was heel groot en stond lang in de zon. Alles was voorzien in de keuken.

What an amazing few days we spent in Epernay complimented by all of the above,
Only downside was breaking down on the motorway in northern France on the way home; had to spend an extra night in a hotel... put a bit of a downer on the break; but we will have very fond memories of the weekend

From the moment I made the booking the level of communication, helpful information and professionalism was exceptional. On arrival, the apartment was to the very highest standard. Spotless, so well laid out, with every possible consideration for guests to feel completely at home. Specifications were of the highest level with both smart technology and comfort being carefully planned. I cannot compliment this property enough and would have no hesitation in recommending to others and returning again to enjoy time in Epernay. Thank you to Sarah and Romain for making this a memorable experience for my wife and I.

Logement très confortable, propre, et remarquablement aménagé. La grande terrasse (ensoleillée) est également un atout appréciable. Sarah semble veiller à ce que tout soit parfait, et est très disponible en cas de question. J'espère avoir l'occasion d'y revenir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Tous les services y sont proposés de sortes que nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

Magnifique week-end dans cet appartement/maison, en plein Epernay. Je dis maison car l'appartement est au rdc avec un acces à une belle terrasse/jardin avec vue et avec peu de mitoyenneté. Nous avons passés 2 nuits, tout s'est bien passé avec nos 2 enfants. Nous étions dans l'appartement Jacuzzi 86 et avons pu profiter du Jacuzzi en famille et en couple, un vraiment plus sur cet appartement.
Sarah est super réactif, tout est bien expliqué, au top ????.

Het is een zeer mooi appartement met een groot terras. Voor ons mochten er meer glazen aanwezig zijn alsook iets meer kookmateriaal.
Kamer groot en proper. Iedere kamer heeft zijn eigen badkamer met wc en douche. Wij komen graag terug!!

Absolument adoré cet endroit! Sarah a été incroyable du début à la fin - réactive et tellement serviable. La chambre avait tout ce dont nous avions besoin et à distance de marche du centre-ville. Nous avons préparé le dîner dans la cuisine, ce qui était un luxe pendant nos vacances. J'ai adoré cet endroit et j'ai essayé de prolonger plus longtemps mais c'était déjà réservé. Sera de retour un jour, Merci Sarah!

Juste parfait. Le logement est propre spacieux, lumineux, très agréable. Une terrasse ensoleillée. Tout à disposition, tout confort. Des propriétaires disponibles, sources de propositions pour les visites et les petits restaurants bien agréables. Toujours à l'écoute. Merci beaucoup pour ce week-end plus que parfait grâce à votre gentillesse...nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Très bon lieu, mais pas assez d'eau chaude pour prendre le jacuzzi tranquillement. Elle c'est coupé et revenu plus tard et encore.

Nous avons mis 2 réservoirs de 250 litres chacun d'eau chaude donc je suis désolé que vous n'ayez pas eu assez d'eau chaude pour 1 bain
On va essayer de comprendre pourquoi ????
