Leuk hotel, fantastische lokatie. Minpuntje is de enorm kleine lift, zeker omdat ik met rolstoel reis en die paste er niet eens in :-)

Bon hôtel de la chaîne Accor en plein centre de Lille, près de la chambre de commerce et de l’opera. Chambre spacieuse au regard de la chaîne, grande salle de bain, personnel à la réception très serviable, petit déjeuner correct, eau, café, thé et viennoiseries en libre service. Par contre, aucun avantage pour les membres Diamond

Great location (few steps away from the Grand Place, many restaurants, walking distance from the boutiques, shops and main attractions). Reasonable price with the key amenities expected from ibis hotel chains. My room was clean and just the right size for my requirements for a short <3 - day stay (note: no safe in the room, FYI, but no big deal; table is a mobile one that fits into the bed; shower supplies are minimum).

Buffet breakfast was included. The options are not massive but good and filling enough. I love that they serve fresh orange juice and waffles to your plate.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and warm especially those on the late night (when I checked in) and morning shifts.

Please note that the lift is quite small (i.e. good for a person / couple with small luggage) so may be note for those staying as a family or group.

I will highly recommend for short stays and if you prefer a great location which is walking distance to most main attractions, shops and boutiques. It's also located in the quiet side of the street (behind the Opera) so I didn't have any issues with the noise during my stay.
