I really enjoyed this place. I was originally scared reading all the 1 star reviews after I had booked the place but once we I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised!!! I booked a deluxe queen room. The room was old but was very CHARMING and CLEAN. The bathroom had a couple of warped trims but was also very clean. The hotel location was incredible, I left the car at their parking all weekend (25$/night). A walk away from all the restaurants, bars and the historical part of town...with more restaurants and bars!!! The price is also reasonable considering the amazing location. The staff was also very friendly. I recommend this place!!!!

Salle de bain vraiment pas propre. Chambre très petite et malpropre, le matelas très mou et inconfortable. Nous avions réservé 2 nuits. Nous sommes partie,après la 1ere à 6:30 du matin.Vraiment médiocre

We booked this hotel for the winter carnival and we were just down the street from the festival! Close to a lot of the activities and restaurants. Please keep in mind that there is no elevator and the parking is very limited in the back. We managed to get a parking spot the following morning as people had checked out, but there is paid underground parking beside the hotel (concord). The 2 double bed room was big and had a mudroom which was helpful with all the snow gear. The room and washroom was older and outdated, but we weren't too concerned about that since we were out for most of the day. There was a mini fridge in our room, and on the main floor, there was a microwave and a vending machine. Staff was friendly and quick. Checking in and checking out was done quickly. We called reception once to replenish some things, and they were able to address it faster than we even expected it.

The location was perfect for Carnaval. The room was clean and spacious. Couldn't find parking near the hotel but we found parking at a nearby hotel for $25 a day. The hotel had wifi, TV, the english channel is 614. We had a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. My only wish was that the staff knew a little more about Carnaval events such as the parade... but otherwise a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!
