Charmantes Hostel in Rochester in der gemütlichen Park Avenue mit hellen und geräumigen Zimmern
In der gemütlichen Park Avenue, wo Häuser mit viktorianischer Architektur blühen, befindet sich dieses einladende Hostel. Das 1905 erbaute und 2015 komplett renovierte Haus vereint den Charme der alten Zeit mit modernen Elementen. Sie finden hier sechs geräumige, helle und mit schönen Möbeln ausgestattete Zimmer. Jeden Morgen wird im Speisesaal ein Frühstück mit warmen Speisen serviert. Um die Park Avenue und ihre Häuserreihen zu erkunden, leihen Sie sich einfach ein Fahrrad aus - es ist kostenlos und es ist sehr einfach, sich mit dem Fahrrad in der Gegend fortzubewegen.

We had a wonderful stay at the Darmouth House, starting with a note in the morning of our arrival to tell us that they could accommodate our early arrival request, followed by a warm welcome by Gary. The room was beautiful and in the front of the house in the second floor as requested. Breakfasts were delicious and both Milena and Gary were very attentive to any needs that we had. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and we will be back!!

Lovely staff, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast! We stopped here for an overnight stay, on our way to Buffalo NY to see a play. Milena and Gary were fabulous hosts. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. The accommodations are clean and the decor is a beautiful victorian style. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have stayed at the Dartmouth House twice now and both times have been great! Finding the location was easy, onsite parking is always a big plus for us, the accommodations were fantastic and homey. Breakfast was great both times we stayed there as well!
The location of the BnB is great as well. Nice walking distance from some local restaurants!
I would recommend for anyone who looking for a little staycation or passing through and needs a great place to spend the night or a couple of days!

A lovely place to spend a staycation night in Rochester, we've always looked for someplace cute and well located for just that purpose and are glad to have now found it!

Even at breakfast, the hosts were just the right amount of friendly, helpful, and hospitable. Of course, the wildcards here are the other guests. Just use your typical coping techniques and you'll be fine.
As far as the rest of the stay, it was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet. Breakfasts were great. Location is ideal.
This is a great B&B run by great hosts. Highly recommended.
