But what really makes the hotel is the staff. All are unfailingly cheerful & bend-over-backwards helpful! You really get the feeling it's a nice place to work & they want to be there to help you have the best holiday. When my elderly parents ran into some health issues, their concern was genuine & honestly they could not have done more to assist. The customer service team were exceptional. All the reception staff, waiting staff & room staff (never a morning without a "buen dia" in the corridor!) were amazing. No wonder people return year on year. Loved it :)

Sehr schöne Pools, Meer, Strand und buntes Treiben rund um uns , alles was einen schönen Urlaub ausmacht. Dazu kam bestes Wetter. Dieses Hotel können wir weiterempfehlen.
Tomamos os nossos almoços no bar da piscina e recomendo.
O staff do restaurante muito atenciosos.
