Our room had high humidity

We had a lovely, relaxing week here! We prefer smaller hotels, we didn't realise the colonial history this hotel has with Admiral Collingwood. Unfortunately, we missed a guided tour of the building, which I'm sure would've been fascinating. Pool with outside shower, with sunbeds around. Shady in the morning, then the sun comes round. The staff were all polite, friendly and helpful and spoke some English. Bar area with a basic lunch and evening meal menu. We had the omlette and chips or burger with cheese and onion - both tasty! There is a small ice-cream freezer there too. A large breakfast dining room, which has lovely views over the garden and harbour. Continental breakfast, including fruit, cereal, pastries, toast, cheese and slices of ham. When asked, they had several gluten free options for me including bread, little cakes and crisp breads. We had a large room with en-suite shower room, with bidet. Plenty of storage, tv, air-conditioning, opening onto the pool. Outside seating areas. Great location with a bus stop near by. Walking distance of Es Castell and Mahon.
