Staff not friendly and helpful at all. Treat us (Mauritian) differently to other guests. Funny thing we live in UK too????. Staff not bothered at all when we didn't get car which they supposedly arranged 2 months ago. Spoke to Sanie over the phone and expected at least for her to come and check on us on our arrival and try to explain why the promised car was not. Unfortunately she didn't. The lady whom I did the reservation simply said I am in Mauritius you go to the auberge. Luckily we managed to hire a better car on our own. Secondly staff would serve yogurt to all other guests except you at breakfast. My husband had to ask staff what it was and the lady did not seems happy at all as if we didn't deserve it. That behaviour made us cancel the remaining breakfast and dinner.
I would like to point out every single guest are charged the same price and should be be treated equally.

L’accueil, le service sont ok. Les chambres font le job. Plage agréable. Seul bémol, les prestations de repas restent chères pour de la cuisine pas toujours traditionnelle.
