Esperienza di gusto vista lago!
Ottime portate abbinate a vini eccellenti.
Personalmente ho “sofferto” il dolce con formaggio di pecora ma mi è stata proposta immediatamente un’alternativa (avendolo lasciato praticamente tutto nel piatto).

Ottima cena con piatti e sapori che non ti aspetti. In particolare l' amatriciana di lago, il burro d'accompagnamento (mantecato con le sarde di lago), la carbonara, il pre dessert con carote caramellate e, per ultimo, il tegamino di spuma di zabaione.
Chef simpatico e disponibile.

For this type of restaurant the attention to details and adequate attention by the chef to all customers and just selected few must be much better. Also… finding a very big fish scale in one of the courses (fish tartare) after it got stuck to my mouth my is unexceptable. The reaction by the staff was OK (the dish was replaced), but again well under the level of attention one would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant.

Friendly suggestion - tweak the carrot pre-dessert because nobody out of 9 people in our group had positive reaction to it.

This was our first visit to vecchia having wide experience of michelin starred restaurants. The restaurant has a great setting with views of lake garda. The food was in general good with many interesting and innovative dishes. However, the high standard did not apply across the menu. We had the classical menu which was varied and interesting but the snails were over cooked and the petit fours were awful which was a shame as the desserts were excellent. The pasta was indifferent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere should have been very good but was ruined by a large party who clearly had no idea how to behave in a restaurant. The staff did their best but were ignored. When we arrived as the restaurant was opening we were left outside in heavy rain despite the staff being aware of our presence. So generally not what we expected and the high priced evening was disappointing. Good job for Vecchia that we were not michelin inspectors. I do not think this restaurant warrants it one star status.

Più che un ristorante direi un museo d'arte moderna dove ha luogo un'esterna di Masterchef... la ricercatezza dell'ambiente ma soprattutto dei piatti ne fanno di questo ristorante un'opera d'arte.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, wohlschmeckende überraschende Kreationen auf Basis italienischer Küche. Ein abendfüllendes Event in phantastischem Ambiente mit etwas zu verschiedener Hintergrundmusik.

Einen schönen Abend mit Freunden begleitetet von einem sehr gutem Essen mit Aussicht auf dem Gardasee verbracht. Das Restaurant ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert.

Cena con menù denominato fish, sviluppato in diverse portate ricercate e raffinate ma allo stesso tempo molto gustose e ben definite. Ambiente molto curato e con vista sul Benaco. Servizio molto attento e accogliente. Complimenti!
Costo di fascia alta ma corretto visto l'alta qualità delle materie prime, della preparazione e la posizione del locale.

Prima volta in un ristorante stellato. Qualità davvero altissima. Lo chef è una persona davverl solare e simpatica, si è intrattenuto a più riprese a parlare con noi scherzando e alleggerendo la serata. Menu degustazione davvero buonissimo, un percorso incredibile.

My wife and I went here in July. We had a wonderful evening. Atmosphere, food and drinks were all amazing. We chose the vegetarian set-menu with five glasses of wine. The different courses were varied and Vecchia did a splendid job of combining textures and tastes to make this evening a worthwhile experience.

Ristorante situato in un angolo del borgo antico di Malcesine, con vista lago. L'atmosfera è elegante, calda e familiare.
Tutto perfetto, dalla carbonara di lago al pesce gatto, dal riso con lumache e gamberi alla trota marinata, compresi il dolce e la piccola pasticceria con zabaione. Servizio attento. Un plus la simpatia e le chiacchiere scambiate a tavola con lo chef.

Traumhafter Abend! Waren nach vielen Jahren mal wieder dort und waren wirklich begeistert! Super freundlicher Service, absolut perfektes Menü, tolle Weinempfehlungen, selbst die Restaurant-Katze (die unbedingt dazu gehört!????‍⬛) lief noch durchs Restaurant. Preis-Leistung stimmt absolut! Hat seinen Stern vollkommen zu Recht !!

Location bellissima con una vista stupenda in un ambiente elegante ma non troppo formale (ci si sente a proprio agio).
Il personale gentile e preparato e ti spiega i piatti nel modo giusto e non troppo prolisso.
Chef presente, simpatico e alla mano, ti impiatta personalmente al momento alcuni piatti. Noi abbiamo preso il menù vegetariano ed era delizioso dall entree al dessert. Vorrei solo fare un appunto, mi sarebbe piaciuto assaggiare uno o due piatti senza un latticino per mia curiosità.
Ci rivedremo, bravissimi a tutti.

Posizione e vista eccellente. Personale gentile ed accogliente ,adeguatamente preparati nella spiegazione dei vari piatti in modo semplice e non invasivo.
Mi è piaciuta la possibilità di scegliere 2 menù degustazioni differenti : only fish e menù classico ;in questo modo abbiamo potuto assaggiare più piatti.
A me personalmente mi è piaciuta molto la carbonara, l'uovo con caviale asparagi e caprino, il salmone con olio alla brace anche l hamburgherino era sfizioso.... La presentazione
dei piatti top.
E che dire del pane fatto da loro con burro fuso .. very very special.
Sono rimasta un po' delusa dal vino... Da romagnola mi sarei aspettata qualcosa di particolarmente profumato e corposo, qualcosa che mi stupisse ,invece mi sono sembrati poco intensi .. un po' scialbi. Lo Chef mi è sembrato simpatico L' abbiamo visto quando siamo entrati e quando abbiamo pagato.. Avrei gradito la sua presenza in sala ogni tanto.
Lo consiglio e sicuramente torneremo☺️
