Domenica 29.01.2024 siamo entrati per bere una cosa !Abbiamo ordinato 2 cioccolate con panna 1 dolci e un caffè americano!La cameriera ci ha portato tutto seguente ordine però no cafe americano !Mi ha portato un espresso in tazza grande con bricco di acqua calda a parte!Io pensavo che magari non ci siamo capite che può succedere e l’ho detto che avevo ordinato americano !Lei mi ha detto che loro fanno con espresso caffè americano!Io gli ho detto che se sapevo che magari mi diceva che non ha cafeameri avo ordinavo un’altra cosa perché non volevo bere espresso !Niente lo bevuto e morta la(mancanza di professionalità)!Ragazza in casa gli avevo detto alla fine che sarebbe meglio prossima volta dire a cliente che vuoi lo fatte con espresso e così non succedono queste spiacevoli situazioni lei continuava a discutere e per questo ho scritto la recensione!Sinceramente io faccio i meitre di colazioni in un albergo4stelle superiori e sono rimasta sorpresa perché a me hanno sempre insegnato che cliente ha raggione e che non bisogna discutere!

L unica cosa positiva è stata la posizione x il resto delusione totale,sopratutto x il prezzo troppo eccessivo x non avere nulla mai più

Nous ne sommes pas restés à l’hôtel mais sommes juste passés manger un bout et boire un verre.
La terrasse est idéalement située, les croque-monsieurs étaient tout simples mais délicieux, le spritz également.
Prix très corrects. La dame qui nous a servi était d’une gentillesse infinie.
Nous reviendrons.

Pulizia da perfezionare...gentilezza meravigliosa... posizione eccellente....nella mia camera il bidet era sostituito da un rubinetto sul wc

Good hotel in the middle of the town! Very walkable to all kinds of things in Bassano. Breakfast and coffee was good, all employees very nice! The AC didn’t work too well which was our only complaint. Other than that, would stay here again not in the summer months. Thanks again!

stamattina, avendo passato la notte quasi in bianco, non avevo le energie per comunicare alla reception quanto ora vado ad elencare. Dopo le 22:30 non c'è più personale alla reception.
La camera dei nobili ha un fancoil senza filtro e rumorosissimo che non è possibile regolare solo on/off. Questo è stato la causa della mia insonnia. La camera NON corrisponde alle foto presenti sul sito in quanto il bagno viene raffigurato con bella finestra mentre invece è praticamente cieco con una doccia piena di calcare e con il saliscendi rotto! Nessuna finestra ha una vista decente e sono senza zanzariere per questo c'erano vari insetti. Lo scuretto di una piccola finestra poi non si può chiudere completamente quindi al mattino entra luce. In tanti soggiorni fatti a Bassano è stato il peggiore!

Personale cordiale posizione fantastica. Ora le note negative, noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera dei principi piccolina, bagno minusco (la doccia è quasi più grande del resto) non pulitissimo, non c'è aria condizionata e tenendo aperta la finestra impossibile dormire fino alle 3 per schiamazzi, poi alle 5.30 camion immondizia. Qualità prezzo insomma

+ nice and professional service staff
- Extremely noisy
- air conditioning so loud that you can not really leave it on at night
- very uncomfortable beds and pillows
- pool shown on the website simply does not exist (no further explanation when asked by staff)
- terrible light color / temperature in the room and bathroom
- a tv the size of a small pc monitor
- room wasn‘t exactly clean to be generous
- generally very outdated and rocked down
All in all, with the best will in the world, unfortunately not recommendable and for the asked price just way too expensive.

Ein Hotel bei den die Zeit stehen geblieben ist, hat aber Flair und die Lage ist Mega toll.
Es gibt keinerlei Luxus auch nicht beim Frühstück, aber es hat trotzdem was schönes an sich.

Sehr freundliches Personal, zweckmässige und saubere Zimmer und wirklich tolle Lage mit Aussicht auf die Piazza.

Wir haben im Casa del Barone (Appartement) im Nebengebäude gewohnt. Es war groß und sauber , aber leider reicht das Wifi nicht bis dorthin. Service sehr freundlich, gutes Frühstück, sehr zentrale Lage in der Altstadt. Kostenpflichtige Parkplatzreservierung sehr zu empfehlen.

Besticht durch die Lage. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ein gutes Frühstück. Das Zimmer war jedoch sehr klein und beengt.

El hotel tiene una ubicación espectacular y hay 2 parkings a 5 min. andando. La habitación individual no es muy recomendable por ser muy pequeño y el baño necesita reforma. De todas formas, un hotel recomendable por la relación calidad-precio.
