Рассказываю. Доводилось отдыхать в данном отеле летом 2014 года, я был ещё совсем маленький (примерно 8 лет от роду). Так вот, однажды, по дороге с пляжа, моя родительница решила зайти в продуктовый магазин чтобы приобрести немного местных деликатесов. Я остался ждать её снаружи. Спустя некоторое время, мне надоело ждать и я решил зайти внутрь и проверить наличие моей матери внутри магазина, её я там не обнаружил. В силу своей несмышлёности и юного возраста я решил, что моя матушка направилась в сторону данного отеля, так как мы там проживали. По этой же причине я решил отправиться в далёкий путь (10-15 минут) в направлении отеля. По приходе на территорию отеля, я, зная всего несколько слов, на ломанном английском начал объяснять свою ситуацию женщинам на ресепшене. Они ничего, естественно, не поняли и позвали высокого "привлекательного" мужчину с цветом кожи чуть темнее нормального в чистейшем выглаженном костюме, он взял меня за руку и повёл в сторону моего номера, номер оказался закрыт и моей матери не было поблизости, мужчина повёл меня назад к ресепшену и в то же время к нему подоспела моя ошарашенная мать, она забрала меня из цепких лап этого мужчины и повела за руку в номер, там мы ели только что купленную клубнику и ХАМОН, а мужчина оказался не хамом!!! Только за него я ставлю 5 звёзд. В 2014 году отель был отличным, сейчас ручаться не могу, даже не знаю, работает ли там всё ещё мой герой.

Not a 4 * hotel. Rooms dated and basic. Food lacked variety.
Staff unfriendly, reluctant to give information about the hotel! I don’t know how many times I had to go and ask about the spa, kids club, entertainment, room internet, just no information given out and they treat you like a huge inconvenience when you ask!
One staff member was lovely, wish I could remember her name. The others shouldn’t work in customer service.
Water Slides have a ridiculous height restriction, meaning a 7 year old can’t go down a slide (into a few inches of water, so it’s not about drowning). The hotel sits in limited grounds so if you’re looking for gardens or more of a resort feel this isn’t for you.
The kids club and evening entertainment was decent.

Lovely hotel, fantastic staff, great food!

Great hotel in Salou. The location is ideal for Portaventura but also just a few minutes walk into town. The staff were amazing and welcoming to everyone. The rooms are basic enough but have everything you need. The outdoor pool area is beautiful and the entertainment staff do a great job keeping everyone entertained throughout the day and night.

La atención del personal fue muy amable.
La animación fue excelente.
Estuvimos con amigos y lo pasamos muy bien.

Great hotel with fantastic staff and brilliant location. Look forward to our next stay next year now too!

Locatie si preturi foarte bune!

Pres du parc port avantura facilite pour se garer chambres propres agreables sauf l alarme incendie qui clignote au dessus du lit.
Pour le buffet les plats doivent etre prets des l ouverture pour faciliter et pas attendre .

Absolutely rubbish food. Nothing to make a proper meal from. Room was ok but not cleaned sufficiently on a daily basis. Staff were the least helpful and I often wondered why they are working in that industry. Location was good, a short walk to most places. Entertainment staff deserve much of the credit as they were brill.

Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji do centrum. Na plażę główna 15 minut.
Wygodne łóżka. Dobre lecz trochę jednostajne jedzenie.
Obsługa w większości ok.

Hemos ido de vacaciones y buscaba un hotel cerca de Portaventura, la verdad que un acierto, muy buena situación se llegaba andando a Portaventura y también andando estabas en el centro de Salou sin darte cuenta. El hotel pese a estar en temporada baja estaba cuidado y con actividades, el buffet tanto en el desayuno como en las comidas estaba bien, puede que igual la variedad no en exceso pero lo que había esta bueno y se compensaba. Las habitaciones limpias y cuidadas, unos de los aspectos a destacar es el trato del personal de hotel que hace mucho más agradable la estancia. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Très bon hôtel, à 1km du parc Port Aventura. Bonne animation le soir.
Dommage le service de ménage n'est pas passé dans notre chambre durant nos 3 jours de séjour.

There are probably two weeks in the year, when food is good(seen the photos with real guests). Yeah, you won't die of starvation but the whole food and restaurant staff is really disappointing. God damn, women serving in this restaurant should be trained how to respond to "hallo". I mean, how should I feel if have paid for my holidays to be treated as a hostile. Short story: female staff have killed the restaurant experience (which was poor anyway). You HAVE to pay for drinks with the evening meals even that you paid already for Full Board. I come to Spain for many years now and it was my first time being robbed like that. And when you add the treatment by the staff, that makes me never to come back there. Language: to the management: if you hire someone in hospitality business, IT IS KIND OF NECESSITY to have basic English. I say "water" and short hair blonde female doesn't understand what the hell do I ask for. Does she? No, she knows, but for some reason it is below her dignity to get me water. The magic word is "aqua". I work too hard to spend my money in a place where I'm not wanted.

Pool area ok.
Bar staff (of course no English) but at least friendly.
Reception-good communication, helpful and friendly.
So, hire new staff (all females, because males there were at least friendly and helpful), teach them basic customer service and basic English . Invest a bit in the food and get the drinks for free and you probably get more stars. Not from me, I'm done with villa Romana.

L'hôtel est très bien placé et facile d'accès.
Il offre de belles prestations.
Certes il est un peu bruyant mais la plupart des clients viennent en famille avec des enfants donc rien d'anormal.
