Empty buffet, bacon from yesterday, No eggs, and when I asked for an omelet the answer was - we don't have any omelet !!
All in all an OK 2 star hotel - Very far from what you expect from a 4 star hotel.
If you are looking for a safe place to stay, Mondior is very good choice. Riverwalk mall is walking distance away and neighborhood is safe.
1. Nice bathrooms
2. (Mostly) helpful staff
Cons:
1. Rooms not prepared ahead of time (no tea stuff, soaps, etc.)
2. TV was missing remote and some channels not working
3. Room missing aircon remote
4. Carpet was smelly
5. Restaurant/breakfast service very slow and limited food options (some stuff was even out of stock)
6. No shuttle service of their own, so not always booked to your order or time of choosing
For a "four star" hotel, nothing was there or if it was there it was broken or limited. Had to request things that should have been there and sort out issues on a daily basis.
It made me feel I'm in kindergarten ???? no butter eggs been butchered you cant tell them how to cook your egg as you must click on a form.
The beds and pillows was of high quality and clean the room is spacious
