Las habitaciones son pequeñas y tienen paredes de papel, se escuchan todos los ruidos del pasillo, otras habitaciones…
La limpieza a mi parecer es justa, siendo conscientes que es un hotel de 2 estrellas. Tras comentarlo se dirigieron de malas formas argumentando falta de criterio e imponiendo el no no poder opinar.
Easy and quick to get from airport with bus/metro. Located in the old part of city with plenty of great food around. Room number 19/4th floor - spacy, comfortable bed and extra clean bathroom.
Very reasonable price. Proactive and interactive service.
All in all 100% reccomend and be back!
Aangenaam verrast door de moderne inrichting van de (kleine) kamer. Goed bed ( met zeer matige kussens) en handige opbergkast. Moderne badkamer, die overigens zeer schoon was, met modern en prima sanitair, heerlijke douche. Geluidisolatie naar de straat toe is (gelukkig) erg goed want het is erg rumoerig op straat. Helaas is de geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers niet goed, de tv naast ons was zeer goed hoorbaar en hoorden ook duidelijk mensen praten. De ligging is fantastisch, midden in het oude centrum waar het bruist van de gezelligheid en alles is op loopafstand te doen ( zelfs het Guggenheim). Op zich was alles prima geregeld, je krijgt de eerste keer een code mee om binnen te komen bij de voordeur buiten en de deur op de vierde verdieping, pasje voor de kamer ligt op naam klaar. Ook parkeerkorting was prima geregeld, scheelt toch weer 10%. Geen gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Jammer wel dat er bij het uitchecken niet iets meer moeite wordt gedaan om te vragen hoe het verblijf was. We omen zeker een keer terug.
Negativo: la habitación triple, demasiado pequeña para 3 adultos. El armario igualmente, no cabe la ropa de tres personas. Las paredes parecen de papel: se escucha todo de pared a pared, podíamos entender perfectamente la conversación de la habitación de al lado, al igual que se escucha todo el tráfico en el pasillo. El baño diminuto y sin espacio para guardar los neceseres. Solo un vaso para 3 personas?? Solo dos toallas de mano para 3 personas?? Solo 2 kits dentales para 3 personas?? Lo comentamos a la chica que estaba en el desayuno (durante nuestra estancia no conseguimos ver a más personal) y al día siguiente estaba todo igual.
El desayuno, correcto. Especialmente valorable el zumo de naranja que es recién hecho.
Si lo que buscas es algo céntrico, correcto y limpio, ese es tu sitio.
Si buscas algo más de comodidad y tranquilidad, no lo recomiendo.
Lo único q no hay recepción y si hay algún problema tiene q llamar para solucionarlo. Por lo demás todo perfecto
Only negative thing was that the elevator did not work and you have to use stairs.
But still I recomend, because booking was smooth, place is clean, climate is adjustable.
Going to the room, it looked really clean, until we came across a cockroach. The staff reaction was that it would be cleaned, knowing cockroaches it is probably still there. The walls are paper thin, I could've kept a conversation with the German girls next door or the Italian couple across the wall. Finally, the breakfast was uninspiring.
Lastly, the service. Patrícia is a ghost, a non existing figure. We only met somebody at breakfast, she was friendly. She also told us that a stamp in our parking ticket would give us a discount, except that there was nobody at the parking garage, so no discount. If you want to park your car just buy it online, it's cheaper.

Erg gezellige plek maar ook geluids dicht als de ramen van de accommodatie dicht sluiten, elke dag wordt verschoond
Bezienswaardigheden makkelijk te bereiken met de metro.
Mooi en schoon accommodatie.
We waren met onze 19 en 16 jarige zonen
Met 2 slaapkamers, keuken en een ruime badkamer
Ik raad deze accommodatie aan en we komen zeker terug als wij weer Bilbao bezoeken

Hay que tener en cuenta que es una calle peatonal del casco por lo que no pasan coches. Para aparcar hay un parking a 7 minutos que está bien de precio.
Excellent location in Casco Viejo with everything just a few feet away.
Pintxo bars on a he street below. The street is very lively at night but the windows are amazingly soundproof.
We stayed on the 4th floor in the Carolina suite: 2 bedrooms: First room: a king size that can be split into 2 twins
Second room: 2 twins that can pushed together or further apart. Living room has a sofa bed which we did not use.
Kitchenette is practical. We enjoyed going to local cafes in the morning for coffees & breakfast which were just around the corner.
The room is very clean and neat with TVs in each room. Free WiFi.
Check in was very easy
I received an email with codes for the main entrance and for the 4th Floor where my room keys were waiting on a tray.
I highly recommend 7Kale for its great location and wonderful room that has everything we needed.
The location is probably the best in Bilbao. With literally hundreds of pintxo bars and restaurants nearby and in walking distance to Guggenheim and other sights along the river.
The flat has aircon - easy to use and efficient. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a livingroom with a small kitchen and a table for 4.
Acess to the apartment is guided through mail - we needed no help checking in late.
All in all, a very pleasant stay. Value for money.
