Awful value for money. The room we got was tiny and could not fit two people inside. Using the spa is not free and at the moment was 15€ pp per hour which is absurd. Would never stay in this hotel again and don't recommend it to anyone.

Nice environment, service awful. Barmen was very unprofessional and unpleasent. Ordered arrabiata, got pasta with ketchup. Also one men sat down next to us and barmen told him to leave, because group of five people arrived after...

Zelim da se zahvalim kompletnom personalu hotela Žabljak na jako ljubaznoj usluzi na celu sa recepcijom i gospodjom Nevenkom kao i bijelom osoblji(konobarima i konobaricama) na celu sa gospodjom Ljiljom.hrana je jako jako ukusna i obilna a sobe uredne.sve pohvale i jedva cekamo priliku da opet dodjemo!

The blonde old waitress is the rudest waitress i've ever met in my entire life, she ignores you when you ask her something, she keeps giving weird looks and face gestures, she doesn't answer when you say thank you. She's horrible!
Never order the tiramisu there, it's awful.

4 stelle più di nome che di fatto, camere spaziose ma struttura un po’ vetusta, materassi poco confortevoli. Nessun parcheggio dell’hotel, consigliano il parcheggio pubblico di fronte l’albergo, trovato sempre pieno.
Se non funziona il pagamento con la carta di credito (per problemi con la loro banca al detto loro) ti chiedono di pagare solo con i contanti, rifiutandosi di far pagare con il bancomat del ristorante che è sempre di proprietà dell’albergo… e non sarebbe il peggio se non fosse che qualcuno dell’albergo ti mette le mani addosso dicendoti che il problema è con la tua banca… e allora ti tocca ritirare contanti e pagare 10€ di commissione…

This is a review for the restaurant
We asked for an hamburger to go and the waiter with black hair, after variuos snorts, told us to wait, without any timing.
After 25 minutes we asked if the burger was almost ready and she replied she did not know and we had to wait longer, in a super rude way.
We decided to leave without dinner.

Preporuka je da se tamo ne jede. Porcije priloga male, hrana nije dovoljno pečena. Prvo sam dobila nešto što nisam naručila, toga nije bilo ni u meniju, a poslije sam dobila sirovu piletinu nakon čega sam odustala od daljnje narudžbe hrane.

Cekali smo 30 min da konobar dodje i da nam kaze sace doci drugi konobar. Cekali smo jos 10 min i otisli smo. Uzasna usluga.

מלון בינוני. לא תמיד יש מים חמים במקלחת . ארוחת ערב בינונית. אין מעליות במלון, צריך לסחוב את המזוודות במדרגות תלולות 3 קומות. פקיד הקבלה לא מבין מילה באנגלית. רצפת העץ חורקת. הדוש במקלחת שבור.

Der Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung. Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Mitarbeiter freundlich. Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend.

מלון נחמד. לא חמישה כוכבים. הרבה מדרגות בכניסה. ארוחת בוקר מינימלית. החדר היה גדול אך המיני בר העיר אותנו כל הלילה בטרטור עז. מיטות קטנות. לא מומלץ. ארוחת ערב מעולה אכלנובמסעדת מלון soa. שפ יש מעלית. לא היו מקומות פנויים במלון לכן לא התארחנו בו.

Iako spolja izgleda "socijalistički" unutra je vrlo korektno uređen. Restoran je priča za sebe. Od konobara koji su preljubazni do onih koje mrzi što su živi, a kamoli da rade. Meni jedna prilično čudna situacija: ne služe tople napitke posle 20h!?!

A nice place when you come to visit Zabljak to stop by and drink coffee, it is noticeable that hardly anyone orders food, quite a large garden and you can almost always find a place to sit. The staff is quite friendly, the prices are a little higher than, for example, in Podgorica (extended espresso with milk €2), but understandable considering that many tourists circulate through the city.
