A pocos metros del centro, hotel de habitaciones grandes, limpias y tranquilas con un jardín perfecto para perder el tiempo. El personal muy amable. 100% recomendable

Très bien placé, proche de la place mais au calme. Service de taxi proposé pour l’aéroport de Pereira. Petit déjeuner copieux. Eau minérale et boissons chaudes gratuites à disposition. Patio jardin agréable.

The service here is amazing. The 2 gentlemen working the front go above and beyond to make you happy. They even dried our wet socks after a wet hike for no charge!
The breakfast also is amazing!
Last, the location is perfect, half block from the plaza, yet still quiet enough at night! Highly recommend this hotel.

We landed at Hotel Salento Plaza accidentally, after arriving at and rejecting a different place nearby, which was totally inadequate, and overpriced. I wandered the streets adjacent to the main plaza and asked if Hotel Salento Plaza had a room available, with pretty low expectations. Not only did they have a lovely clean and bright room available, it was very well-situated, and we thoroughly enjoyed the subsequent 3 days in Salento. Despite being close to the town square, all of the rooms face into the garden, with a fountain in the middle, and few sounds from the surroundings enter the room.

Super hôtel de charme en plein centre ville.
Tout y est agréable de la chambre au petit déjeuner en passant par le service et le jardin. Un havre de repos !

Muy lindo hotel, ubicado a media cuadra dela plaza central de Salento. Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpias y privadas. El trato por parte del personal fue excelente, e incluía un rico desayuno todas las mañanas.

Hotel con mucho encanto, muy cerca de la plaza de Salento pero alejada del ruido. La habitaciones cómodas y amplias y el desayuno muy bueno.

I liked everything about this place, the staff were great and very accommodating. Thank you Mauricio for your recommendations and for simply being so kind! I'll always be talking about your hospitality. Bed was comfortable and it's such a cute property, breakfast is so tasty and they open at 630am which is a treat if you're a morning person like me. Thank you again! The WiFi in the room isn't great so it was hard to do video calls etc but I'm sure if you sat by the lobby it would be fine. Sending emails was not a problem, so there.

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt nahe des Zentralplatzes. Ich bin jedoch sehr enttäuscht ????. Ich habe am Abend der späten Ankunft (19.10.23) meine wunderschöne hellblaue Lieblingsbluse aus Leinen (war nicht billig!) auf den einzigen Kleiderbügel im Schrank gehängt. Am übernächsten Tag der Abfahrt habe ich vergessen, sie wieder einzupacken und bemerkte das etwa 1,5 Stunden nach der Abfahrt. Der Reiseleiter von World Insight rief an und bat, die Bluse sicherzustellen und einer anderen Reiseteilnehmerin, die wegen einer Erkrankung zunächst zurückbleiben musste, mitzugeben. Angeblich sei keine Bluse dagewesen. DAS KANN NICHT SEIN! Ich möchte BITTE meine Bluse zurückhaben! BITTE schauen Sie noch einmal im Schrank des vorletzten Zimmers unten zum Hof hinaus nach oder fragen Sie das Zimmermädchen, wo die Bluse ist! Schicken Sie mir bitte die Bluse nach Cartagena ins Hotel Don Pedro de Heredia. Vielen Dank. Ich würde mich sehr freuen über Ihre Ehrlichkeit. Martina Seitz aus Deutschland ????????, 21.10.23

Sin lugar a ninguna duda, el mejor hotel de Salento. La habitación muy grande (cama king), confortable, aseada. Las instalaciones evocan las casas tradicionales de la región. La atención del personal 10 de 10. El desayuno exquisito. El mejor pancake esta allí!
La ubicación excelente. Todo muy perfecto!!!
