Beautiful store , great collection. But just so you know the tax free part does not work . Not sure what falls through , but we went through the entire process and have paperwork that is complete. We never received any part of the $1200 back . We have the entire completed paperwork to prove we should but it’s not back and the time by which it promised to come back is over .
They should just get that misinformation out of the store

J’ai pu acheter une émeraude d’une valeur de 700 euros cependant je l’ai expertisé en France et elle ne vaut pas plus de 200 euros. Je vous conseille donc pas du tout ce magasin , même si l’ambiance et les vendeurs de la boutique semblent professionnelles.

Another happy customer here. I visited with a budget in mind and the staff patiently showed me the rings that were within my budget. After further explaining what style I was most drawn to, I was then shown a ring that was half my budget and it turns out that was the perfect ring. The fact that they wanted me to have the right ring and not try to “upsell” me shows me that they want their clients to be happy. Yep, I’m one happy girl!

I had no intention of buying an emerald when I was in Cartagena. But my husband saw so many stores and told me to go and look. The stores I went to were high pressure, had very pretty jewelry, but I did not feel comfortable. I was unsure if they were reputable, or if I was being set up. I did some research and leaned a little bit more about what to look for when purchasing an emerald. I also looked on Google for reputable jewelry stores. that’s how I found Lucy. The experience was totally different. I felt confident that I was not getting ripped off. I ended up purchasing a white gold emerald ring within my budget, which wasn’t much, but they treated me with the same respect, and gave us more knowledge about emeralds . They even helped me pick out the best quality one that I could afford. I am very happy with my purchase of a simple, but beautiful emerald and it will always be a beautiful reminder of Cartagena. They also gave me all the information so that I can get the tax refund at the airport. It was easier than I anticipated. I would only go to this store to purchase, even if the prices in the others seem less, Lucy does not pay tour guides to bring you there. Lucy jewelers makes you feel confident that you got a quality piece.

In love with my beautiful ring. Lucy store helped my partner whose Colombia choose a commitment ring as he likes to call it and even when I was looking I didn't have a clue that the store and my partner were already talking. Very cute and the ring is just stunning.

The place looks great and professional. We bought a ring there. Turns out the stone was modified when we had it expertised by a professional in France. The 3K Ring was only worth 400euros if NEW. What a scam. (went for different feedbacks at different jewellers before you say anything). I don't recommend at all.

Went to at least 7 jewelry store Lucy had the best quality and best prices than other. They don’t pay commission to guides who steer you to other jewelry stores.many other stores had extremely inflated price. They also have unique one of a kind designs

I went in to purchase an emerald piece. I had a price range in mind, and the staff was so kind and patient as I tried to decide between earrings, a necklace, and a ring. They let me try each piece on and shared prices clearly as I walked around. They were not pushy at all, and I had a very positive experience. If you’re going to purchase here, know that silver pieces will be less expensive (a necklace with 0.3 karat emerald around 175 USD). Yellow gold is more, around 400 for similar necklace, or earrings, or rings a little more.

Lucy c'est le meilleur pour acheter votre bijoux et des émeraudes, ils ont des meilleur prix parce que ils n'ont travaille pas avec des intermédiaires. Lucy a d'expérience et la gentillesse pour aider vous acheter le mieux. cette émeraudes vous pouvez être sûre qu'ils n'ont pas de sellaient et qu'ils sont touts authentiques!!! c'est vraiment le plus exclusive dans la cité !
