Couple de propriétaires très sympa , accueil amical, chambre fonctionnelle.
Nous avons beaucoup aimés cet endroit, les renseignements des hôtes sont précis et nombreux.

Чудові апартаменти! У нас залишились лише позитивні враження. Будиночок з усіма зручностями та ще й стильний автентичний інтер’єр. Багато цікавих деталей, над якими попрацювали господарі. Приймають, наче близьких друзів, дуже тепло та затишно. Власники відповідять на всі питання та дадуть рекомендації куди піти, що побачити. Також готують смачні домашні сніданки та вечері. Не дивлячись на те, що до пляжа не так і близько, це найкращі апартаменти, які нам трапились в Албанії. Anna and Thimjo щиро піклувались про наш комфорт. Господарям велика подяка та бажаємо Вам багато приємних гостей і стрімкого розвитку!)

Si vous aimez être en pleine nature dans un cadre bucolique c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.
Les hôtes sont adorables, petit déjeuner et dîner délicieux avec des produits locaux.

LOVE THIS PLACE. A little out the way which we personally liked. The hosts are just so nice, nothing is to much trouble and they make such a relaxed atmosphere. The rooms a big and so nicely designed with open brink walls and cool little touches everywhere. Can’t not recommend this place enough and for the price it’s just perfect in every way. Breakfast is available with homemade products and would definitely recommend.

This is a very special authentic place in Albania.
it is very nicely situated in the green and has a beautiful garden. the owners Anna and Thimos are very friendly. You immediately feel at home and relaxed when you arrive at their place. The rooms are very beautiful and decorated with great care and love.

We had a perfect stay at Filoxenia for a week as a family with two young childs. The hosts Thimios and Anna are the best hosts we met the last years. They really care for your needs and they love their work (you see that in many nice details on the area). Its not mainstream, a quiet and nice place in the nature with everything, we needed. Self service is possible (small outdoor-kitchen, own fridge). But their breakfast is also very tasty. Let Thimios cook fish for you or eat at „Eleas“ (5 minutes by car). Ask Thimios for advice and trust his honest recommendations. We would come bach for sure!

Incroyable séjour à la Filoxenia guest house !!
La route pour y accéder est un peu cabossée mais largement praticable.
Le lieu est magnifique, tout en pierre.
L'hôte qui nous reçoit est adorable, il nous a recommandé de nombreux lieux à visiter et grâce à lui nous avons vu de magnifiques plages. Une cuisine extérieure est à disposition, n'hésitez pas à séjourner plusieurs jours dans ce lieu d'exception !

This is such a great spot I. Himare yes the view are stunning breakfast and food great but the serving Anna and Thimios give is done of the best I've seen. They go above and beyond for you to enjoy Himare be it restaurant or private beech recommendation they are always around to help. Great spot highly recommend ps try his homemade wine top class

One of the best stays we have had during our vacation. The owners build a wonderful bed and breakfast within nature. In the morning you’ll get to sea the ocean from afar. Highly recommend staying there and we will definitely come back!

We booked this place on the go just for one night and had a great experience. It was very clean, everything was well-thought and minimalistic. It was a great getaway from the crowded and loud seaside of Himara during July. You can use the hammock in the evening and stargaze when the sky is clear. Breakfast was extra, but worth it!
Highly recommend for people who have a sweet spot for nature and countryside????

Best place we have been in Albania so far : Thimios and Anna are so nice, they told us places to go, and we had dinner at their place, with fresh fish that was very good. The place is peaceful, it’s perfect to rest after a day visiting the beaches.
We felt as we were at a friends’ house, I would totally recommend it !

Un site au dessus de la ville mais à 10' de la plage.Thymos et Anna sont des hôtes parfaits, si accueillants et passionnés.N'hesitez pas si vous voulez découvrir l'Albanie authentique et être comme en famille...sans parler du petit déjeuner à l'ombre des oliviers..

J'ai séjourné à Filoxenia l'année dernière et j'en garde de supers souvenirs ! Filoxenia, ce ne sont pas simplement de beaux chalets en bois au milieu des oliviers, c'est aussi et surtout une immersion dans l'art de vivre Albanais. Les propriétaires ont un sens de l'accueil et du service inégalé. Ils ont a coeur de vous faire découvrir leur culture et font tout pour que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Le site est idéalement situé : pas trop loin de la plage mais suffisamment pour être au calme.
Il ne fait aucun doute que si je retourne en Albanie, mon chemin croisera à nouveau celui de Filoxenia !

Un excellent accueil, le service à été superbe, l'endroit est très calme et agréable et aussi le patron était à l'écoute de tous nos besoins, franchement je le conseille vivement!!!!

Disfrutamos muchísimo quedarnos 2 noches aquí en nuestro paso por himare.
Empezando por la atención, el dueño es súper atento y amable.
Las habitaciones están súper limpias, el baño está en perfectas condiciones, todo bien cuidado.
Relación calidad precio de 10 y el desayuno está muyyyy bueno m(no está incluido en el precio de las habitaciones, cuesta uno 700 Lek por persona).
Es un sitio realmente agradable.
