The location very private and good appointed.
Then when you arrive you get that cold turkey treatment with totally unfriendly and not happy to be there receptionist! After very unpleasant check in you getting in ones been maybe good but terribly outdated old room which haven’t seen decorations for almost quarter of the century. Hair in the bathtub and toilet not clean.
At the spa another hiccup after lying at the table for a massage (the therapist was good and professional) but been waken up to change the treatment room and transferred to the other room with not even massage bad it was cosmetic chair with wax very small and uncomfortable so the rest of the massage I been fiddle from site to safe could not relax and all that was like a waste of money! Dinner was below average. Overcooked meat and vegetables. Breakfast very poor choice.. if you up for healthy breakfast it’s not the place! At the checkout was again met by miserable receptionist who even did not say thank you or goodbye..

Je n'ai pas osé mettre 1 seule étoile pour le personnel et la restauration qui méritent mieux que l'avis général de l'hôtel. Car sinon les lodges sont très vieillissants, vous êtes à la vue de tout le monde dans la douche car les brises vues arrivent au nombril et l'entretien général est à revoir. Comme tout est vieux le Wifi marche une fois sur 2. Bref je pense que le rapport qualité prix n'est pas bon du tout... cherchez vous trouverez mieux j'en suis sur.
Je ne parle même pas du Manager Général qui doit penser que la qualité de l'hôtel il y a 15 ans vaut encore pour aujourd'hui, il m'a manqué de respect je lui ai signifié lors de mon feedback.

Personal war echt top und hat die 3 Sterne gerettet. Zimmer gross und geräumig, aber hatten nur lauwarmes Wasser zum duschen und der Boden war extem rutschig. SPA war super, aber das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt absolut nicht gegenüber andern Lodges. Viel zu teuer! Wir hatten in der Aussendusche und auch auf dem Balkon einen WC Gestank, so das wir diese nicht verwenden konnten
