The perfect campsite we needed for our stay in Epupa. The rooms and the campsite are great. The owner and the staff are really friendly. The food is really good. There are also nice activities proposed by one of the staff.
We will definitely come back !

Aucune possibilité de mangé dans ce campsite possible uniquement à 18h30 à 18h45 c’est trop tard accueil vraiment exécrable, aucune considération pour les clients dommage dans ce si beau site

What a fantastic location! The lodge is on the banks of the Kunene river, right where the Epupa Falls begin. It is stunning! Stilted log cabins are great too.

Beautiful setting along the river that flows to the falls. The campsites are nicely spaced and well maintained.

Arrived late evening. But what a positiverexeption and stand for camping.

Zijn wij in 2017 en 2019 ook geweest. Heel leuk en goed. Het eten is ok ,maar je moet lang wachten. Zijn nu naar de buren gegaan want ze waren vol. Bij de buren is nog mooier.

Merveilleux lodge, pensez à prendre des bouchons d'oreilles ! Les chutes ne s'arrêtent pas la nuit, dans la mesure où vous êtes très prêts

Lovely campsites under makalani trees and the spray from the waterfall hits you, friendly staff and well kept.

Situé très près des chutes
Concernant la partie camping, les emplacements sont propres,idem pour les sanitaires
La piscine est assez petite mais très agréable. Pas assez de transats cependant

מקום מקסים, בנוי כולו מכפות תמרים ומחומרים טהעיים מקומיים. עיצוב מדהים. הבעייה הגדולה ביותר- אין מזגן ואין רשתות בחלונות כך שהביקתות היפיפיות חמות מאוד וקשה לישון. יש שם מדריך מדהים בשם Owen שלוקח לסיור בכפרים של ההימבה, מומלץ ביותר

very nice campsite. we spent here one night and day, good camping facilities, terrace with river view (we spotted even a crocodile from there!), close to the waterfall. Absolutely worth to spend here night.

Mega toller Campingplatz direkt am Wasser. Und für 150 $ echt ein fairer Preis. Leider kein kostenloses WLAN.

Wonderful calm spot! falls are awesome to view from viewpoint. The camp is very well organized and everything works very well. Electricity to each site coming early 2023. Wonderful helpful staff. Take time to spend 4 nights to rejuvenate and enjoy. Gorgeous pool. And thanks Koos for referral to Kaoko Mopane lodge and camping in Opuwo!

Having a camp site a mere 50 metres from this waterfall is nothing less than magic... often you can feel the spray from the waterfall.

Toller Campingplatz direkt oberhalb der Wasserfälle, Stellplätze direkt am Ufer, alter Baumbestand, sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption

Die schlechteste Lodge in ganz Namibia!
Kleine, dunkle und abgewohnte Zimmer. Kein Service (wegen des Feiertages, was die Bar geschlossen als wir nach 300 km Schotterpiste ankamen). Dusche war kaputt und komplett verdreckt. Die Toilette war undicht und das Wasser ist bis unters Bett gelaufen. Mülleimer kaputt. Toilettenabtrennung war aus Holz und man musste erst mit ungewaschenen Händen den Holzvorhang öffnen. Es waren 34 Grad und der Pool war zu, Wasser war milchig schmutzig. Poolbar war geschlossen. Angepriesenes Wifi war inexistent. Betten waren alt, unbequem und viel zu klein. Preis Leistung war eine Katastrophe. Service gleich Null. In unseren etlichen Namibia Reisen, war dies mit Abstand die schlechteste aller Lodges. Frechheit für den Preis.

Dear Florence,
Thank you for your review left almost a year after you stayed at Epupa Falls Lodge. You stayed at Epupa Falls Lodge while we were running on skeleton staff (thanks to covid) and we were doing our best just to keep our doors open.
You should have stayed with us for three nights, but left after the first without talking to a soul. You then went to Booking Com to complain and we then handled it. Apparently you are still seething. My apologies.
However, we have fixed all your complaints, the lodge is still open and we are operating as per normal.

Im Ernst, von unserer 20tähigen "jeden Tag wo anders" Tour, die beste Location, allerdings hatten wir auch das Glück, Jaus Nr. 1 zu bekommen, direkt an den Wasserfällen.
Essen ist auch tiptop (kein a la carte)
Mit John machten wur eine Himba Tour zu seinen Verwandten, ein unglaublich faszinierendes und einmaliges Erlebnis!
Auch die Unterkunft, super geil, no wifi, lebe den Moment! ????
