Wunderschönes ruhiges Apartmenthotel.
Apartments größer als üblich. Ausstattung top. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Personal unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Alles sehr unkompliziert. Es geht nicht besser. Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit top modernen zimmern und äußerst freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal, welches auch auf individuelle Wünsche eingeht, zu Recht 5 Sterne.

Room was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast is very good too. Reception staff were amazing- friendly and approachable. Thanks for a great stay!

Lo staff è abbastanza disponibile , la posizione anche molto comoda ma la pulizia delle camere lascia a desiderare . Inesistente è dir poco . Con l'igiene non ci siamo proprio

I have stayed at least 4 times for up to three weeks at a time. Rooms are super clean, brilliant amenities, staff go above and beyond. Also they have washers and dryers where I can do my own laundry. Perfect when staying for longer periods.

My genuine review about staying in kral apartment,
Me and my family stayed there for almost 1 week. Apartment was quite good, more spacious but dont know when it was last cleaned. Bcoz I found dust almost everywhere and there were spiders web in the bathroom.

Housekeeping came to pickup trash only once, no good housekeeping service.
Blankets pillow low quality.
Balcony was too dirty not cleaned at all.
They have yellow lights in all rooms and was headache for me no good lights.

No change in morning breakfast, same every day.

One of the worst experience I ever had, the room was really dirty as you can see in tbe pictures. I had heat only one night, and then nothing, cold, even if went to reception to let them now, they said they will check, but it’s been cold in the night until I left. Also the breakfast is kinda poor. The location also not so great. I do not recommend!

i stayed almost one week in there apartment with my wife and two year son but no housekeeping service till we left, no cleaning, towel were not changed.. almost no service and also no change in breakfast everyday same menu..

Secondly we got single size bedsheet which was so small and when we asked for double size they said they don’t have - weird

Also the apartment was not so clean

We stayed in this place once as a whole family, me, my wife and 3 years old son. I wouldn’t wish anyone else to have a similar experience what we had there.

Definitely it was what I did, I shared the problem with the hotel management but you didn’t try to solve the problem but just kicked us out (with my 3 year old son and my wife)!!
