Great, well maintained lodge accommodation. Rooms clean, aircon, comfy beds, coffee, shower with hot water. Friendly owners and staff. Restaurant on premices with nice basic breakfast. Bar overlooking ocean with local 2 M beer. Swimming pool nice for sunbathing..beach and market, town, walking distance.

We had a fantastic 10 day stay and dive at Tilak Lodge. The lodge was perfect, honestly I can't think of a
single improvement other than maybe a fridge. Really comfortable rooms. Brodie makes every effort to make you feel at home, and to help. It's also a really good thing to have the scuba and accommodation under one roof, as Brodie will answer about all queries. I will leave a separate review for Tofo Scuba all in all, a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back.

One of the very nice stay at tofo, well maintained, owner of the property is very helpful and friendly, ull get access to beach in few steps and also they have bar and restaurant attached, main attraction is swimming pool, but it's still in construction. But still u can access it. Hopefully it will be ready in some months . They also have rooms for group of 8 for big group of people,
Will do visit next time. With out any second thought.

Best resort to stay in Inhambane. I stayed here for 02 nights, the owner and staff members are very friendly.

Brodie and her family have built an oasis in Tofo.
Tilak Lodge has everything you need and want and everything you didn’t know you wanted.
Right on the beach with ocean views, sunrise views, sunset views. Lounges with shade and entertainment area with a gorgeous pool. Rooms with comfortable beds and air-con.
It’s the attention to detail that makes Tilak feel comfortable like home.

They also own Tofo Scuba so you get a nice discount on dives too.

A special thank you to Brodie, who’s communication was spectacular and warm welcome made us genuinely sad to leave.

Really comfortable, well-maintained lodge with friendly hosts and staff. Loved the location away from Tofo beachfront bustle. Views from the bar area were incredible :) Also try the yoga classes next door!

Beautiful rooms and balcony bar for both the beach and sunset. Amazingly helpful owner Brody. The brand new pool area will also be awesome soon!

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and spaceful rooms. With an amazing view on the beach and seeing the sunrise and sunset from the restaurant on the hill. Also, they have a great partnership with Tofo Scuba, a really nice diving school close by.

Just spent 4 nights at Tilak Lodge with my family. It was a lovely experience, beautiful rooms that were very well kept, nice bar/restaurant with incredible rooms. Definitely recommend.

I left my personal expensive pillow there and phoned short (30min)after i left and they said its gone.Location is tops.Rooms are clean .Not enough plugs.No braai place.Rooms are little bit neglected. Very safe to stay even with open trailors.Pricing is moderate.Nice break between border and Inhambane.Owner is also equipped for road assistance.
