Had a great stay here for a few days in Reykjavik. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

금액도 괜찮고 위치도 좋아요! 6번 전거장이랑 걸어서 3분 14번 정거장이랄 4분 걸려요. 근처에 슈퍼 식당 술집이 많아서 좋습니다 숙소는 살짝 방음이 안되는데 그렇게 신경 쓰일 정도는 아니에요. 직원분들이 친절하셔서 좋았어요! 시트는 이틀에 한번 갈아줍니다~! 추천해요 굳귣 창문에서 보이는 뷰가 기가 막혀유ㅋㅋㅋ 냉장고 커피포터 옷장 필요한건 다 있어욥

We stayed in Center Hotel Klopp for 5 nights and had a great holiday. Located in central Reykjavik it is very convenient for local shops, restaurants, pubs, events etc.
The room was basic, but clean and warm with comfortable beds. Tea/coffee facities in the room with TV and free WiFi. The room had a hanging wardrobe but otherwise was lacking in storage for general clothing.
Friendly and helpful staff especially Farook who offered to check/confirm our planned trips and gave use useful information pointing out key features of interest on a map of Reykjavik.
Only downside was noise from "The Irishman" pub across the street. While is is a good welcoming pub and is worth a visit, the live music and general noise could disturb sleep. Thankfully the hotel had kindly supplied ear-plugs. To be fair, the noise was only a minor irritation on 2 of our 5 nights - may depends on the band and the clientele on the night.

True the hotel is opposite a pub (The Irishman) and we were in a room which was directly opposite on the second floor but I can honestly say the noise from there didnt impact us at all. There is background noise from the city as you would expect but not an invconenience.
Now onto the great stuff. Reception staff are brilliant but the shining star is Farouk (apologies if I spelt that wrong). His knowledge and willingness to give tips on having a great stay is priceless. He will stop and chat, actually talk to you without shamelessly trying to upsell the hotel. He gives discount vouchers where to eat, how to get see great things without paying over the odds, his explanation on parking was a real bonus, his music choices are pretty cool as well as you can normally hear them when you walk in.
But the hotel is more than one man. The location is brilliant; the above mentioned bar is great for an afternoon beer or somewhere to finish off your evening. The rest of the city is within easy access. Parking is simple (choose roadside and use the Parka app but if you must use the multi-storey then do it). Breakfast is plentiful. Very much continental based (cheeses, meats, cereals, toasts and even pastries) but it is great. Fill yourself up and take a flapjack for later in the morning and you wont need to eat until much later in the day. The rooms are compact, the beds are very comfy and my only critique would be they are a bit on the 'too warm' side. No aircon or ventilation other than crack a window. Small thing but here comes the absolute bomb.... the shower!!! OMG it is amazing; super hot, power shower strength, stay in there as long as you can take it cause any shower in another hotel will never come close.
Centre Hotels Klopp was a critical part of making our visit to Reykjavik an enjoyable success. Would stay there again if we go back. Cannot rate it enough (albeit just the one star off cause the room was very hot).

We visited this past December and our stay at the Center Hotel Kloop was fantastic. The hotel was clean and the room was good sized. It's location was perfect, it was walking distance from the center of the city and a 3 minute walk from bus stop 14 which is a major pick up point for a lot of excursions. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly with a special shout out to Farooq who went above and beyond. Also to Idilija who kept our room spotless. Highly recommend.

Hotel was centrally situated only a few yards from main shopping/restaurant area. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful with any questions and/or directions, they also helped with changing excursion bookings. Farooq in particular stood out with his manners and knowledge. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location in central Reykjavik which allowed walking access to most of the city.
We were able to park our car for free just a few streets away (100m) in a P3 zone as it was the weekend.
Lots of good places to eat close by and bars too.

Staff were great the whole time. Very friendly and knowledgeable about everything! They even left a small gift and note for our arrival as it was part of our honeymoon trip.

Only minor downside was the noise outside from the bar across the street but it was Saturday night in a city centre so if you can get a room not at the front, it might be quieter.

Conveniently located, clean, comfortable. Comes with a good breakfast. The Staff was very helpful with recommendations and figuring out the bus system.

Faruk in the reseption were a really nice guy, with excellent service. The hotel was good and the room where clean.

Very clean and well appointed hotel. The front desk was so helpful rescheduleing our tours to get us the best experience. Thank you, Farooq. And Gintare made certain I was made comfortable in every way.

Great place to rest your head. In the centre of Reykjavik with everything to hand. Helpful staff, good transport services and taxis ordered from hotel if required.
