Really not a good time to come as they are refurbishing
No swimming pool
No beach club area
Noise from the construction works during the day
Lack of transparency on those things, at least mention all of it clearly and spontaneously ? ????

I am a bit disappointed about this place because me and my boyfriend chose this hotel instead of another one mostly for its services. I don't pay a 5 starts hotel just to sleep in my room, I want to use the facilities available at the hotel otherwise I would have gone to a Bed and Breakfast.
Unfortunately the property is under refurbishment so there's no pool( it's the one in my picture), beach club and bar are closed and also the easy access to the beach is not available this means that you have to walk quite a lot to get there.
While you go to the beach you have no other choice rather than passing through the construction works and you can't even chill at the beach because they are drilling all the time and the noise is really annoying.
Some restaurants are closed.
Air con doesn't work in the room.
I think the hotel should specify this information on their website and also on all the OTAs where it's bookable and let the client choose if he wants this experience or not.
Also the pictures online are not reflecting the current situation, I will attach some real photos to this review.
I just think that they have created in me certain expectations, I was looking forward to have this weekend and enjoy the pool ect ect but none of that actually happened and I couldn't even choose for myself.
If I had known this in advance I would not have come to this place.
I believe this is not correct towards a paying customer.

Gran Hotel , gran servicio todo perfecto ! Hasta muy pronto de nuevo !

As tourists from South Africa and Canada we expected more from this 5-Star Hotel. Food and breakfasts were average, staff average with the exception of the staff at breakfast, who were helpful and friendly. Services and WiFi were sub standard. With a great location like this the hotel could have been a lot better. We were also not informed about the renovations with no swimming pool available the experience was sub -standard. A missed opportunity to retain a customer.

Le personnel est accueillant et par le français. Petit déjeuner en buffet au top ,chambre spacieuse avec un panorama magnifique. Parking avec branchement électrique pour les voitures gratuit. Le tout au calme au bord de plage, le seul bruit que l’on peut entendre c’est le bruit des vagues.Donc magnifique

Estuvimos un par de veces el pasado verano. Excelente servicio y atención al detalle. Entorno privilegiado, habitaciones amplias con terraza y vistas. El restaurante de la playa es de nota, y la comida en el hotel está muy bien también. A mejorar, la amortiguación del trenecito volviendo de la playa, no apta para espaldas delicadas. Volveremos.

It's a nice place to have a cozy, quiet vacation. Views are nice.
All in all, it has only two downsides:
1. Overpriced restaurant. This, perhaps, is just a personal preference thing, but in my and my spouse opinion, the price is a bit too high for what you get. After a stay, I visited a different place with prices at a restaurant 1.5 times higher, but the food was a thousand times more delicious. Again, this might be a personal taste thing.
2. Don't make my mistake and leave expensive items in a room - they might get missing and you won't ever find them again. This was unexpected for me from this level of a hotel.

Hem vingut a passar una nit hi hem quedat enamorats del tracte de tot el personal. El esmorzar va ser increïble ens van treure una ampolla de cava y pastís amb espelmes per bufar al saber que era el meu aniversari. Les vistes desde l'habitació de somni tornarem ven aviat.

Un lugar tranquilo ,con unas vistas increíbles desde sus habitaciones hasta sus terrazas o comedores ,con un personal agradable, que os hará pasar una estancia de ensueño. Donde cuidarse y disfrutar van de la mano.

Un endroit splendide, un hotel magnifique et un personnel d'un grand professionalisme, toujours souriant et serviable. Le top du top !

Nous avions réservé pour un weekend romantique.Des notre arrivée nous avons été très bien accueilli et à notre surprise surclassé côté mer.Nous avons donc récupéré notre chambre qui été spacieuse,propre,très bien équipé et avec une terrasse avec vue splendide sur la crique.nous avons été très bien servi aussi bien au bar qu’au restaurant 58 ou l’on a dégusté un repas plein de saveurs.
Le petit déjeuner était tout aussi succulent et varié avec toujours cette terrasse vue mer.le spa pour un pur moment de détente et le massage fut parfait.
Établissement exceptionnelle !!Noud y reviendrons sans hésiter !!
