Dies ist eine der Unterkünfte für Backpakers der Hotelkette St Christophers. Die Herberge ist charmant und verfügt über angenehme Gemeinschaftsräume mit einer Bar, einem Restaurant und einem Café. Die Zimmer sind sauber und funktional und bestehen aus 4, 8, 9 und 18 gemischten Betten sowie Schlafsälen, die nur für Mädchen reserviert sind. Es ist bereits so erfolgreich wie seine großen Brüder und hat den Vorteil, dass es nur wenige U-Bahn-Stationen vom Flughafen Heathrow entfernt liegt.

The lady on the desk was very rude, inconsiderate and unhelpful. She has a curly hair. We came to check in but found out that our booking was cancelled. We didn't receive any texts, calls or notifications that it has been cancelled. She said that her colleague canceled the booking that morning. She has no idea how we can get a refund when we asked her. Also, she didn't even apologise and just left us hanging. It was my first worst experience from a hotel.

Very long wait at reception as unhappy customers struggled with staff to deal with issues. I was given a bed that was uncleaned and had to go to reception to fix this, and again had to wait for over 20 minutes along with 6 other guest waiting for 2 staff members to go around and around in circles with a dissatisfied customer. I tried to ask one of the staff to deal with the rest of us while their colleague spoke to that customer but they refused. Eventually they sorted things out with us all and offered us a free drink coupon at the bar, they were doing their best to be helpful and I appreciate that things can just go wrong sometimes. If I hadn't been up since 5.30 am and worked a 10 hour shift I would have had more patience for it all, so I guess it's somewhat circumstantial. The place is very cheap and a good location so fair enough.

Pro: location is ideal with 2 undergroundstations nearby, staff very very responsive to any issues, pretty cheap for London
Con: room got far too hot, even with the heating turned off and a window open (February isn't a hot month), triple bunk beds were a bit cramped and there was a huge amount of flies at the bins by the water dispenser
