They do the table in rounds 19.30 and 21.30 ; recommend to reserve ahead.

Food was delicious, we ordered

Starters: burrata, pecorino baked w truffle, pasta w sausage and truffle

Main: florentina steak 1.5 kg

Dessert: tiramisu & white truffle ice cream.

Everything was great except truffle ice cream didn’t feel like any truffle, reco to just stick with the tiramisu

We were lucky to get a table without reservation on a Monday night. Place is no-nonsense, children friendly, cheaper than other restaurants around and has great beef t bone steak for 45 eur per kg, pieces start at 1,300 gram. Pasta starts at 9 Euro, starters at 5

Wonderful and unique experience, great food and atmosphere. Steak was incredible, on top we enjoyed salad and eggplant. Delicious! Table should be reserved upfront. Price is reasonable.
Recommended also for families, we ordered pasta for kids and they ate it till the last crumb.

Servicio rapido y bueno, se come muy bien! El unico problema es el caos que llevan con las mesas, te ponen en la misma mesa con gente desconocida… Pero la carne espectacular y recomendable

Osteria dove il tavolo è in condivisione, e già questa è una cosa molto particolare. Bistecca super e personale top. Consiglio di farci una tappa senza dimenticare la prenotazione. Grazie per la bellissima serata

... .Quasi in cima a Montepulciano ci sta un Oste, con la matita nei capelli ed il macete in mano. Con la sua filosofia conviviale e la sua preziosa dottrina. Ti farà scoprire la tradizione Toscana, della buona cucina. Sorprese alla tua partenza non Troverai, se non magari quella di aver trovato, qualche buon santo che durante il pasto con tè ha colloquiato. Grazie Giulio, Chiara e gli altri????

스테이크는 1550g이었는데 그저께 피렌체에서 먹은 1.5키로에 비하면 양이 적은거 같았어요.
굽기는 레어로 요청했는데 미디움 같은 굽기였어요. 다시 직원에게 레어가 맞냐고 물어봤더니 레어가 맞다고 했어요. 고기에 대한 칭찬이 많길래 기대했는데 먹기에 조금 질겼어요..

브로콜리와 트러플라구파스타는 맛있고 직원들은 친절했어요. 파스타는 하나 시켰더니 두개에 나누어 담아주셨어요. 라구 향이 강해서 트러플 향은 그렇게 많이 나진 않았어요. 스테이크보다는 파스타가 기억에 남아요. 분위기는 현지 분위기 물씬 납니다 총 70유로 나왔어요

Tappa estremamente piacevole se si passa da Montepulciano.
Osteria molto informale, spesso con tavolo condivisi tra i commensali.
Si mangia molto bene spendendo il giusto, fiorentina buonissima!
Assolutamente da prenotare con largo anticipo perché non è grandissimo ma è molto richiesto, quindi spesso è al completo!

Ottime carni, splendida fiorentina alla griglia, ambiente troppo affollato e rumoroso, servizio eterogeneo con alcune persone di squisita disponibilità e gentilezza, altre decisamente scortesi. Da riprovare in periodi meno turistici

Ottima esperienza in questa vera osteria Toscana. Ottima carne e cottura perfetta, forse la più buona bistecca che io abbia mai mangiato. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consiglio vivamente.

Tipica osteria toscana, noi abbiamo mangiato la ciccia sulla brace, buona. Buoni anche l ossobuco e il peposo. Prezzo molto buono soprattutto delle bistecche. Proprietario simpatico e servizio veloce e alla manoz A presto!

Osteria nel centro di Montepulciano. Siamo stati per cena di fine anno. Ambiente molto familiare. Tavoli condivisi che rende la serata ancora più tipica. Famosa è la fiorentina che viene tagliata al momento dall'oste, mostrata e quindi cotta. Buoni anche gli antipasti e i primi tipici della zona. Consiglio di prenotare in anticipo visti i non troppi posti disponibili. Prezzo ottimo

We took 2 fiorentinas and were a bit disappointed. When we asked for medium/rare steaks the owner told us that they’ve been making stakes for 30 years. However our fiorentinas were soon cold, the meat had a strong taste of burnt and it was chewy. A real pity because the vegetable side dishes were very good and the desserts too.

Osteria Acquacheta, ambiente piccolo, familiare, andare a pranzo o cena in questo trattoria dovrebbe essere inserito nelle guide sulla lista delle cose da fare assolutamente! La Fiorentina eccezionale,ma ottimi anche gli antipasti e i primi .
Prenotare è meglio anche con largo anticipo????

Bellissima atmosfera da osteria! Pici all’aglione eccezionali, peposo si scioglieva in bocca. Camerieri molto gentili e simpatici e prezzi più che onesti.

De passage à montepulciano nous nous sommes régalés !!!! Si vous voulez manger une bonne viande et des bonnes pâtes c'est l'endroit idéal. Le patron a même fait l'effort de nous parler en français. A conseiller vivement.
