Very cute hotel with a great location at the top of the city with a nice courtyard to sit and relax. It sits directly amongst many restaurants and shops (in fact, you could have a pizza and a Aperol spritz 10 steps outside the gate, which we did). Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. If you are driving, there are three limited-time parking spaces directly in front of the property gate, so you can load or unload your suitcase before moving to a long-term spot(several minutes' walk minimum). Bear in mind that those parking spaces are at a midpoint of a ZTL, so when you leave, you don't know which direction has the right of way, so I waited until some cars passed and then pulled out and got behind them. Also, keep in mind that it's extremely tight and there're tons of pedestrians using the street when cars aren't coming, so you must pay close attention if you're trying to back out quickly to get behind the line of cars before the light turns green for the opposing line of cars. Based on my own experience, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Очень милый и уютный домик, в центре городка. Мягкие постели, чистенько, тепло, все нужное под рукой. Хозяйка очень доброжелательная и общительная. Очень понравилась!

Spacious room with lake and mountain view. The residence is located right in the centre of Bellagio (borgo), next to the path that descends to the lake, where one can find bars and restaurants and the ferry pier.
