A very cosy and practical hotel, in Montreal downtown, absolutely near everything. Just a quick 2m walk from Montreal Palais des Congrès.
Spacious rooms, big bed and with desktop (apple, but ok!). Simple breakfast (self serve), but enough for a good city visit.
Quiet rooms. Highly recommended.

Amenities were excellent. Rooms were clean and fresh and more than adequate. Benjamin and the staff were courteous and friendly. Breakfast included had lots of choices. It was a very comfortable stay, centrally located. Wifi included, spacious common areas to sit or work. I wouldn't go elsewhere. We had to stay at the Sheraron our first night and it was nice but not worth the extra money. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back. Thank you !!

Danger. Rénovation vient d'être faite, émanation d'odeur très forte de COV de peinture ou d'une quelconque résine appliquée.. L'odeur dans les escaliers est étourdissante, et dans la chambre proche de l'ascenseur et pas loin de l'escalier ça se sent encore.
Pour quelqu'un qui voulait se reposer pour un examen le lendemain, c'est raté. Je ne le recommande pas en ce moment.
Proprio d'hôtel, attendre la fin de vos travaux avant de faire rentrer des gens dans les lieux. Si le lieu était encore en travaux, la Cnesst n'aurait pas aurotiser d'être exposé aux émanations de ce produit dans le lieux non aérés en opération

Nice enough but the hotel had a strong smell of chemical im the front area and the halls. This also drifted into the room.

Travellers beware.

We found multiple shards of broken glass by the window and our bed. They told us to email the manager and offered us nothing in compensation for the safety issue. We couldn't believe a 3 star hotel had poor cleaning and customer service.

We liked the stay but after finding the glass and hearing such a disappointing response, we would not recommend this hotel. The daily cleaning and check out cleaning completely missed this broken glass and could have seriously injured a guest.

If you stay here, be sure to fully inspect the room and take pictures or video for any evidence.

Très bon Hôtel. Service impeccable. Les lits sont très confortables. Bon petit déjeuner (manque du sirop d érable ????) . Il faut 10 minutes pour aller dans le vieux Québec. Mais on peut aussi accéder à la ville souterraine à différents endroits.

I recently spent four nights at Le Dauphin Hotel. Its location is perfect, within walking distance of the train station, historic Montreal, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel offers secure card entry to the building and parking lot. The Hotel is clean and well-maintained, with great rooms and fast wifi. The iMac computer in the room is a nice touch. I only interacted with the staff during check-in and check-out, but they were friendly. I tried their complimentary breakfast once and it was good, with plenty of seating. Despite being close to commercial buildings and roads, the room was quiet and I didn't hear any cars. I used to stay at a hotel nearby, but after my experience at Le Dauphin Hotel, I'll be staying here from now on.

The location was within walking distance from the train station, historic Montreal, shopping, and restaurants. Love the continental breakfast included. The front desk associates gave great recommendations to nearby places to visit and eat. I found the staff to be very friendly, courteous, and patient. If you don't mind the view of the commercial buildings in the surrounding area, then this is a nice and comfortable place to stay.

Voilà un hôtel en plein centre-ville qui a un rapport qualité prix excellent.
Les chambres sont très grande et super agréable, équipé en plus d’un ordinateur Apple
Le personnel est souriant et agréable.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais efficace.
Merci pour ces 4 et 3 nuits passées chez vous .nous sommes des français ravis alors c’est dire ????

Had an excellent stay while attending a concert at Centre Bell.
Conveniently located with great access to every thing Downtown. Friendly staff ,good breakfast,just around great stay. Highly recommended.

La chambre était bien deux très grands lits mais les matelas étaient durs. Pas tellement insonorisé.

J'ai séjourné 4 nuits dans cet hotel, à 2 reprises. La localisation est très pratique et permet de faire beaucoup à pied. les chambres sont modernes, propres et très fonctionnelles. le petit déjeuner est classique pour ce type d'établissement, dans un cadre contemporain. Bref, une bonne adresse.

Une localisation parfaite pour qui participe à un évènement au Palais des Congrès, voire pour le vieux Montréal.
Les chambres sont très fonctionnelles, le buffet du petit déjeuner très bien avec une bonne variété
