Such an amazing stay. We were so taken care of and could tell that the host genuinely cared. They were so amazing with our check in and check out time, and gave us so many amazing recommendations. Went on a trip with 3 other young girls, and felt extremely safe here. Could not reccomend enough!

Schöne Appartementanlage mit freundlichem Personal. Sehr nette Begrüßung. Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und sauber, alle mit Klimaanlage. Empfehlung: Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, da hat man den Pool gleich vor der Tür, der so gut wie nie besucht war. Im Zimmer war leider ein leicht muffiger Geruch. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, ein Toaster wäre noch schön gewesen. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20 min zu Fuß. Gerne wieder! ????

Siisti ja rauhallinen, ystävällinen vastaanottotyöntekijä. Plussana tilava suihkutila, jossa hyvä, vahva suihku sekä uudet ilmalämpöpumput huoneissa. Miinuksena, että hotellin huonepyyhkeitä ei voinut viedä altaalle ja wc:ssä ei pide-suihkua. Skootterin sai parkkiin pihalle yöksi. Kehittämisidea: Keittiössä voisi olla myös joku kiva yllätys kuten teepusseja tai murukahvia tms, nyt siellä oli 2 keksiä. Huom. Google maps näyttää hotellin olevan tien toisella puolella.

We booked 4 nights at the palm hotel, we got there and the toilet was outside, no wifi or television in the room, and then very limited food options. After our first night there was a death in the family and we needed to fly back to our home country. They would not give us any refund for any of the 3 remaining nights.

There were very clean room with good working air conditioning, clean bathroom, the fridge and elelctric cooker. Cosy balcony with the view on the street. Small, but clean and nice swimming-pool. Good localization, Rhodes City isn't big and we go everywhere on foot. And the staff were the absolute best. Very nice and helpful, the highlight of our trip :-)

Le séjour a été excellent.
L’hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville. A mois de 20 minutes à pied.
Il y a un arrêt de bus très proche pour pouvoir aller visiter le reste de l'ile.
Surtout, l'hôtel est très loin géographiquement des autres hôtels usines à touristes et tous les restaurants sans autre intérêt que de gaver ces cochons de touristes de masse.
Le 7 palms a une piscine petite mais suffisante car très peu utilisée.
Dominique à l’accueil est particulièrement joviale et pleine de bons conseils.
Les chambres sont très confortables.
Le wifi est au top, avec un excellent débit. Quelques petits problèmes de connexion près de la piscine mais c'est vraiment anecdotique.
La cuisine équipée (frigo, micro onde et couverts) permet de faire ses repas facilement.

Un service d'excellente qualité pour un prix modique pour l'ile.

Tutto perfetto,Domy la padrona di casa e una persona speciale.. disponibile sempre..,e con mille consigli..ottimo appartamento,con bagno spazioso ed ottima zona cucina e ampio balcone,ottimo wi-fi.Zona tranquilla e comoda a tutto,ma fuori dal caos del centro storico di Rodi..!!! Dimenticavo,personale gentilissimo.. Grazie, Simona e Franco.

7Palms ti fa sentire a casa. Domi (Domenica) la receptionist, è una persona squisita. Si prodiga in ogni modo per aiutarci (affitto scooter, consegna chiavi, prenotazione ristorante, info per colazione, prenotazione taxi, check-out posticipato con possibilità di doccia). Si è dimostrata super disponibile fin dall’inizio. La nostra stanza era come da descrizione, pulita e con un mega terrazzo. È un alloggio frequentato prevalentemente da italiani e Domi lo comprende benissimo e parla molto bene. Quando tornerò a Rodi considererò certamente questo hotel!

We stayed for 5 days there and the apartment was very clean and in good conditions. The place is not far from the center but what makes the place special is the lady of the reception, Domenica. She was really kind and helped us with everything she could to ensure we had the best time. I would highly recommend it! Thanks Domenica, we will come back! <3

First of all: "The receptionist" called Domi is worldclass!!! She gave us tipps & tricks how we come best to beaches, famous places, good restaurants, etc. and organized taxi, rent a car, and gave bycicles for example. She was always open for questions and very dear. The accomodation itself was clean and they cleaned up every day if you want but the furnitures are old and not so comfortable. The balcony is very small to use it and the pool is only for swimmer because the deepth was min. 1,5m.

Juste un mot, incroyable ! Domi est une personne merveilleuse ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour, très bien placé, très propre, la piscine est superbe, le balcon dans la chambre, on s'y sent vraiment bien ! Mon mari et moi remercions Domi pour sa gentillesse, ces conseils et sa bienveillance. Et nous espérons la revoir un jour ! On recommande les yeux fermés 7palms.
