ARESSANA SPA HOTEL & SUITES

The hotel itself and the service is amazing! Super location with just little walking distance to main street as well as to local bus hub. The room is very clean and tidy, absolutely comfortable! I also enjoyed sun rise directly from the room every morning. The service is 100% perfect especially by reception Elena and also the young driver who drive us to hotel, thank you so much!
Overall I rate the hotel 5 star and is highly recommended. It must gives you a 5 star experience in Santorini.
The only little comment that I would point is there will be a little distance (around 3 mins) that you have to walk uphill if you take the taxi because taxi is not allowed to go into that restricted area. So if you have heavy luggage or other leg problem, I suggest you contact hotel in advance and see if they could have some prearrangement. Also, Wi-Fi reception in hotel is not fast enough.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in amazing location! The best part for us was the amazing staff! Specifically Elena at reception who helped us with reservations in amazing sunset spots that we would not have known about without her assistance! & Dimitri who was able to tell us all about the island and show us specific spots to see and was so helpful providing transfers to and from the hotel to wherever we needed to go!

Everything was perfect. Luxury stay in Santorini. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Some people will love this place, but to me it was Greek Disneyland. The location is convenient, but has no view! The only thing you see is the Instagram worthy sign at the pool. But you won't wake up to breathtaking views of the island.

Superbe hôtel.
Emplacement idéal, sur les hauteurs de Fira, la capitale. Propreté impeccable. Personnellement discret, accueillant prévenant et disponible. Les barmans vous font de supers cocktails. Les serveurs aux petits déjeuners sont à votre service de façon très agréable et discrète. Le personnel de la réception est un véritable Trésor.
De très bon Conseil, Elena a toujours ete disponible pour nous orienter ves les bus, les meilleure restaurant. Son français est inoeccable. C'était un plaisir de la voir. On se sentait bien quand elle était là. Une très belle rencontre. Merci à elle pour son travail ainsi qu'à sa collègue grecque font le prénom m'échappe.
