Mousaka kold og manglede smag af muskat, kanel og flere krydderier (måske for at gøre den “turist-venlig”)
Værten lidt for påtrængende, datteren og konen virkede som om de var trætte sidst på sæsonen.

What a wonderful restaurant! All the food is made fresh daily with ingredients grown on their own farm. The moussaka is to die for, along with lamb shoulder cooked in wine. The portions are generous, and the prices are extremely reasonable!

The food, hospitality and atmosphere was great. Home made style traditional dishes like my Yiayia use to make.

Εξαιρετικό φαγητό με ντοπιες γεύσεις. Επιλέξαμε πιάτα σιφνεικης κουζίνας όπως ειναι η ρεβυθαδα και το μαστελο (αρνί). Μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι.

Μπορείς να φας ποιοτικό και παραδοσιακό φαγητό αλλά οι μερίδες είναι αστεία μικρές ειδικά αν αναλογιστείς τις τιμές.

Even though the service was good and the atmosphere was cozy, the food was not worth it. We had revithada, mastelo, caper salad and garlic spread (skordalia). The portions were way, way too small for the price, which is one of the main reasons I'm giving this 2 stars. The caper salad was just caramelised onions, with a near non-existent taste of capers. Revithada was just chickpeas with an abundance of olive oil, and the garlic spread was the tiniest portion I've ever seen in my entire life, especially for a taverna.
Finally, paying 14.00 EUR for a small piece of mediocre lamb with some fries (mastelo), was...not fun. Also, one of the people in our group, who's been in Sifnos before, pointed out that this was not actually Mastelo.
Lempesis Restaurant is following the price ranges of a restaurant, while clearly being a taverna.
I hope the owners take the criticism to heart.

Hemos cenado dos veces en este restaurante. Totalmente recomendable.
La comida es tradicional de la cocina sifniota, hecha con cariño y por la familia que regenta el restaurante. Platos deliciosos y sencillos, pero de mucha calidad.
El servicio es excelente, con el propietario, amable y muy simpático, que te explica plato por plato, toda la carta.
El ambiente, bonito, festivo y muy griego.
Totalmente recomendable, volveré si tengo ocasión de repetir una visita a Sifnos.

Εξαιρετικό και ποιοτικό φαγητό! Παραδοσιακά Σιφνέικα πιάτα με γεύσεις μοναδικές. Ο Σταμάτης είναι εξυπηρετικός και ό,τι προτείνει σίγουρα να το δοκιμάσετε!!! Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα ????????????

Ci abbiamo cenato per quattro sere consecutive. Ambiente rilassante sotto le vigne con sottofondo di musica greca e ottimo cibo. Conversare con il proprietario è parte dell' esperienza.

Avendo provato quasi tutto il menù mi sento di consigliare la zuppa di ceci e il mastelo (agnello).

Excellent restaurant famillial
Que cela fait plaisir de pouvoir profiter d'une vraie ambiance de taverne familiale. Les plats sont cuisinés par la mama propriétaire, et le service est assuré par monsieur. Très bons desserts, bonne ambiance le soir sous la tonnelle. Les plats sont typiques de sifnos et ne manquent pas de goût, prix super raisonnables en plus.
