Magnífica relación calidad/precio. Habitaciones normales, no pequeñas. Muy bien situado. Restaurante magnífico

Hotel de duas estrelas mas que merece mais uma! Estive alojado 3 noites e para a viagem de lazer foi o que bastou. Quartos, atendimento e pequeno almoço muito bom. Hotel também tem um restaurante. Infelizmente não consegui fazer nenhuma refeição pois estiveram sempre cheios. Tem parque de estacionamento relativamente perto e gratuito.

Super günstiges Hotel in absolut zentraler Lage. Auch die Zimmer zur Straße sin okay. Die Fenster nehmen fast alle Geräusche von Außen Weg. Fie Ausstattung ist einfach aber sehr ordentlich und sauber.
Zum Frühstück kann man sich selbst unbegrenzt frischen Orangensaft Saft pressen

Uma esperiencia fantástica
Um hotel acolhedor com funcionários simpáticos e super prestáveis. O pequeno almoço é muito bom com bastante diversidade, inclusive com sumo de laranja natural, feito na hora por nós próprios

Estuvimos en Diciembre y la calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba. Nos dijeron q se regula para todo el hotel a la vez. Nos tuvieron a 16-17 grados todas las noches. Muy mal. Mucho frío.

Passei 5 noites e fiquei satisfeito com o serviço empregados muito atenciosos e simpáticos restaurante muito bom com o único senão deve-se reservar com antecedência porque está sempre cheio

Amazing hotel that feels more like 3-4* at a very reasonable price. Everything was very easy, comfortable and the breakfast was very tasty. I did not hear the airplanes at all. I suppose the area can be very loud but I stayed on Sunday so it's hard to say.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht vor dem Inselflug in diesem Hotel. (Fr-Sa) An Schlaf war nicht zu denken, die Bar neben dem Hotel war im Zimmer bis ca. 04:00 hörbar und spürbar.
Die zentrale Lage in der Altstadt war für uns aufgrund des Lärms ein Nachteil. Frühstück OK.

Kleine, vochtige kamer. Drie nachten slecht geslapen wegens defecte airco. Maar kakkerlak in de kamer was wél tevreden. Geen twee sterren waard.

O restaurante do hotel é excelente, convém reservar com antecedência pois é muito concorrido e enche todas as noites.

Convenient location, friendly staff, fairly clearness. Would recommend bringing ear plugs as there was loud club music until 5am making it difficult to sleep.

Service was the strength of this accomodation. Right off when we entered, we were taken in charge. Our flight was early the next morning, and they booked the taxi and prepared breakfast in bags to go without having to ask for anything. Rooms were great and the bed was huge. Everything was clean. Location is central. The buffet breakfast was great and you can even press your own orange juice.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in Ponta Delgada mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Leider kein Parkplatz beim Haus ansonsten freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Aufzug und schöne, saubere Zimmer, manchmal ausgebucht. Gutes Restaurant, Reservierung empfohlen.

The hotel is located in the city center, a few minutes walk away from restaurants, Portas da Cidade and shops. The service was super; cleaned the room every day, had clean towels every day, extra towels for swimming outside, splendid service meeting our small request. The restaurant looks interesting, didn't try it, though seems always fully booked.
One small point is that the room was a bit outdated (still clean), and the breakfast was monotone. Other than that, good price-quality stay.

Rooms are sine and clean but if you get a room with view on the street it's impossible to sleep. There is a bar on both side of the hotel, in a pedestrian street with loud music and people until late into the night. Breakfast was nothing special.

Hotel bien situé, accueillant, mais les chambres sont bruyants ou sombres. Je n'ai pas eu envie de'y prolonger mon séjour...

Situation centrale dans la ville. Accueil super sympathique et beaucoup de conseils agréables et utiles. Par contre les chambres sont peut être un peu trop simples. C'est donc bien pour y passer une nuit avant de visiter le reste de l'île. En fait le grand intérêt de l'hôtel est son restaurant avec un des meilleurs boeuf de l'île, trop bon.
