Schönes, modernes Hotel mit geräumigen, komfortablen Zimmern und einem guten Grillrestaurant auf Marathon Key

Ein schönes, modernes Hotel mit allen Standards der Hyatt-Kette. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, komfortabel, haben einen Flachbildschirm, eine Minibar und ein großes Badezimmer.

Die Anlage verfügt auch über ein gutes Grillrestaurant und zwei schöne Swimmingpools, aber wir bedauern, dass sie um 22 Uhr schließen, denn wenn es heiß ist, würde man gerne bis in die frühen Morgenstunden planschen... Aber der Sicherheitsbeamte nimmt es mit den Vorschriften nicht so genau. Wir haben Sie gewarnt. Abgesehen von diesem kleinen Manko ist dieses Hotel ein Geheimtipp und Sie werden seine Lage am Wasser und den hübschen kleinen weißen Leuchtturm in der Nähe zu schätzen wissen.

We were moved to the sister hotel, which was lovely and very close by. Only one niggle, our balcony over looked the pool. Unfortunately, people were still in the pool at 9.00 p.m.

Let me start by saying that hotel is a nice place. It would have been my perfect getaway for two days, I really needed to rest but that didn’t happen so I went fishing in the morning came back around noon took a shower and went to sleep, 10 minutes after I can hear, chippy hammers banging on the wall and God knows what else all day, the hotel is on the construction and my room seems to be next to it, OK sometimes you gotta be understanding I went out for a late lunch came back. The next day was the same thing. Now I’m home and I see that I got charged $110 with $.50 and when I call that is the hotel fee Taxes and use of the parking lot. I wish that somebody would’ve said that there was a construction or that I was put on a different room so for the reason, I did not have a great experience.

When we arrived, a very unprofessional, rude and dismissive guy told us that they had no room for us and our reservation was canceled. Blatantly lied, claiming that he couldn’t get a hold of us by phone, text or email. (24 hrs earlier I received an inviting text message from them saying they couldn’t wait to see us the next day). We were provided with a very inconveniently located substitute hotel, which was a nuisance ( to say the least) while traveling with my 90 year old mother, but this complete and total lack of customer service skills and disregard for guests is just unbelievable.
