We enjoyed the Romance package! The accommodations were beautiful, and the evening wine, appetizers, and breakfast were served on the porch with a white lace tablecloth. The location was great, and we could walk to exquisite restaurants.

The Fairbanks House is beautiful & so charming! We spent four nights & stayed in the Kitchen Suite. The room was very spacious & nice, immaculate & the bed was sooo comfy!! Our private porch overlooked the pool & beautiful grounds. Breakfast on the porch each morning was delicious! Social hour was fun... meeting & chatting with other guests, & the homemade cookies every evening were amazing! Being able to walk to restaurants & shops was perfect! Rob & Yvonne, Flint, Tammy & Kim, thank you for a wonderful, incredible memory!! We absolutely loved our stay and hope to see you again.❤️

Our stay at The Fairbanks house was amazing! This was our first experience at a B&B. Our room was very clean and the staff was amazing! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was delicious and it was very cozy sitting out on the porch! The property was amazing and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Food, service and staff were all as one would expect at a b&b. We were disappointed that our bed was not made each day and the quality of bed linens was sub-par.

Girls weekend : We stayed three nights during MLK weekend and we had a fabulous time at The Fairbanks House! Amazing staff, delicious breakfast, social hour and plenty of relaxing areas to enjoy. Fantastic location to walk, bike and explore the downtown area. Go have fun in town then a easy stroll back to a beautiful, quiet B&B. They provided bikes. Staff took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable, and got to know what we liked to eat/drink. The daily fresh baked cookies were greatly appreciated. We highly recommend the Fairbanks House! Miss it already!
