If it's not a perfect day and I mean perfect! Don't go. It was windy the day we went and rides would open and shut down. They allow rainy day passes but you can't even give them to someone else use. Wasted $400 to look at Legos because of wind. Read the fine print because you will be out money when they are taking your money! After speaking with a representative on the phone I was told something could be done to help this situation. We were just going to donate them to a cause so someone could at least get something out of it. But no, they didn't allow that either. I do understand no one can control the weather (even just the wind) but 1 year from the date and unable to transfer to someone is unreasonable for people who visit your park that live so far away. We spent almost $400 (+100 just on one set same day) to look at your park and wasted our entire day. Wanted to love this park but the WORST place with TERRIBLE customer service!!
Your policy rips off people and it is not worth the money. There should be a better policy in place. Even if it's allowing transfer of the tickets or only a portion of the money back. The weather is not the companies fault but not is it the customers fault but your companies policy IS at fault.
CHECK OUT BBB - THEY AREN'T EVEN ACCREDITED. THEIR RATING IS SO BAD. WISH I WOULD HAE KNOWN PRIOR TO MY VISIT.
