Direkt am Ocean Drive, das Hotel hat eine super Lage, die Zimmer waren Standard.
Wir waren zum spring Break da, eher zufällig, gut, dass wir mit einem Uber zum Hotel gefahren sind, die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist katastrophal gewesen.
Unten in der Lobby gibt es eine kleine Bar, wir hatten abends noch ein paar Tacos, die wirklich sehr gut waren

Já ficamos em hotéis em Miami com avaliação mais baixa que este e tivemos experiências bem melhores. O check in foi razoável… de bom, a localização que fica no coração de Miami Beach… não gostamos do quarto (112) muito pequeno… cheiro não é agradável… chão irregular… banheiro pequeno… o quarto não tem um aspecto de limpeza… na barra de que segurava a cortina do banheiro, próximo à parede tinha manchas de sangue… a água empoçava no pequeno box… não tivemos água quente na primeira noite… enfim, com certeza nunca mais me hospedaria ali e não recomendaria a um amigo.

The most useless staff on earth. Place is filthy, filled with spring breakers, and the hotel staff is nowhere to be found.

Schrecklich heruntergekommen. Alles ist defekt. Der Boden defekt und klebt. Empfang sehr unfreundlich und zusätzliche 32$pro Person Steuern ?!? Die keine Grundlage haben.
Die Zimmertüren zum Flur schließen nicht richtig. Bei der Toilette ist der Spühlkasten defekt. Ein Horror Haus.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, man ist sehr schnell am Ocean Drive. Besonders ärgerlich war die Erhebung von Steuern in Höhe von 32$, auf der Webseite haben wir 67$ bezahlt. Ich konnte nicht herausfinden, für welche Steuern ich bezahlt habe, auf der Quittung stand nichts. Meiner Meinung nach ist das reine Abzocke, da die Steuer 4% beträgt und nicht fast 50%!
Das TV war eine Katastrophe und der Wasserhahn hat gewackelt.
Eine weitere Abzocke:
Auf keinen Fall ein Taxi bestellen bei der Rezeption! Dort wird nämlich kein normales Taxi gerufen, sondern ein extrem teurer Limo-Service, bei dem das Taximeter viel schneller zählt!

Nice little hotel with a fun tequila bar in the lobby. Parking was easy at the garage on 7th. If you're exploring this part of Miami Beach, it's a decent spot

I advise you to avoid this property. I am shocked and perplexed with the inflexibility and lack of sympathy of everyone at the Whitelaw Hotel from management to front desk. I booked my room through a third-party site via Delta app. Sadly, I tested positive for COVID on the day of my arrival. NO ONE showed any concern or willingness to help me, even though I had proof of my illness and asked to change the date of my booking. CDC is clear about an individual isolating themself at home when tested positive not to mention that it is the right thing tondo out of respect of people around you regardless if you know them or not so the virus it is not spread and who knows send someone to the hospital with complications from Covid. I was bounce back and forth from the hotel reservation department to expedia at least 4 times. The hotel said I missed the cancellation deadline (of course I did, I wasn’t planning to get sick. Shame on me for not clicking the “protect your trip”) and refused to refund me $600 or work with me to give me the opportunity to change my reservation to a later date or whenever week there were slow. I understand that they have rules and policies, but they should also have some compassion, especially in these difficult times. Their indifference reveals the poor quality of their business. I will never stay there again!

The location is great. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was quiet. The wifi was disconnecting from time to time. Overall great location for the great price. Don’t expect much of this place, it is just place where you can sleep, take a shower and leave your bags. This is not a 5 star hotel.

Went to the bar and asked how much tequila shots were. Was told $10 and then charged $15. Then he denied what he said. Based on that will never return here or order drinks here

Average rooms. No house keeping, you have to go to front desk to get clean towels. Hot water takes a while to get hot. No microwave in room or on-site,but has a mini fridge in room.

En general muy bien la atención, excepto una recepcionista que estaba siempre de mal humor. Daba la sensación que todo le fastidiaba.
Diariamente si lo solicitás, te cambian las sábanas y limpian el cesto de basura.
Las sábanas las cambian cada 3 días y ahí te hacen la cama. Sino, no te la hacen ni limpian la habitación.
En la recepción tiene un bar mexicano. Buena comida y excelente atención.

El hotel no es de lujo, ni mucho menos, pero tiene una excelente ubicación y buenas camas y almohadas. Si tu plan es solo divertirte en Miami y no estar tanto en el hotel y al final del día solo llegar a dormir este hotel es una excelente opción

Excelente custo benefício em Miami! Quarto pequeno porém muito limpo e confortável. Ótimo atendimento dos funcionários e em localização privilegiada a poucos metros da Ocian Drive.

Me hospedei em outubro de 2023, e minha experiência foi ótima
Hotel custo benefício, boa localização, perto da ocean drive, praia, farmácia e mercado.
Tem uma taxa de resort ok e é avisado no check in.Na entrada do hotel , tem um restaurante mexicano. Meu quarto era no segundo andar, tranquilo e sem barulho.

Nice location & nice clean rooms for the price . beware of an unexpected $114 resort fee added to your $100 deposit upon check in . But by using my cash app card I received my $100 deposit back same day I checked out
