Recomendable 100%. Destacar sobre todo la atención y la amabilidad de Raffaele. Es súper servicial y te ayuda en todo. Nos compró un desayuno típico de Roma y nos trató muy bien. Habitaciones limpias y acogedoras. Quién vaya a Roma lo recomendaré sin duda, por lo menos para que conozcan a Raffaele

Hotel super accogliente. Ormai cliente fissa. A pochi passi da termini e teatro dell opera... stanze dotate di tutti i comfort, e bevande calde succhi di frutta e snack pronti h24, lo consiglio vivamente a tutti

È stata un'esperienza oltre le aspettative. Struttura molto curata ed in posizione strategica, pulizia perfetta, buffet con snack e bevande disponibile h 24, colazione ottima e varia, ma il fiore all'occhiello è assolutamente la gentilezza infinita di Raffaele che ci ha accolti ed aiutati in maniera impeccabile ad orientarci ed a rendere il nostro week end perfetto. Grazie ancora di tutto!

Excellent séjour dans ce bel hôtel particulier avec beaucoup de cachet. Excellent rapport qualité prix! Emplacement parfait car situé à 500 mètres de la gare termini, 1 km du Colisée et de la fontaine de Trevi. Un excellent resto le TOSCA se trouve en juste en face de l’immeuble. A éviter le resto qui se situe en face du restaurant Tosca, un calvaire. Pour revenir à l’impérial un 66 la chambre est très agréable super bien équipée et on y dort très bien. L’espace commun est également très agréable avec en-cas à volonté 24h sur 24h. Et encore un grand merci à Rafael le propriétaire pour son accueil sa bienveillance sa disponibilité et son efficacité. C’était parfait !

C'est un guest house que je recommande vraiment. Taille humaine, belle chambre et petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Marco et Raphaël sont réellement aux petits soins pour les voyageurs. L'emplacement est idéal quand vous arrivez à la gare de Termini car très proche avec aussi des restos et bars à vin. Une basilique magnifique tout proche et la station métro Termini à deux pas.

Great location near Termini. Opera House neighborhood is safe. Rooms very nice. Clean! Complimentary food and drinks in common kitchen and in room mini fridges. Old elevator is a little thrilling but avoids 4 floor climb! Hosts are welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Price was fantastic. Many good restaurants close by. 20 minute walk to Trevi or Coliseum. Cafe across via Viminale has good sandwiches. Farmicia, bank atm and grocery store are right there. Stay here!

Small and cozy, a few guests. Snacks all day. Guy at reception is very nice and gets things done before leaving early in the day. Very easy access to the building, good location, close to transportation. Rooms are decent. Can leave bags after check out.

Estuvimos hoy en el hotel en nuestra primera visita a Roma y agradezco haberme hospedado aquí! Mark estuvo 100% a disposición, súper amable y nos asesoró en todo lo que necesitamos, con seguridad volvería! Habitación y espacios comunes modernos nuevos y súper equipados. 5 cuadras desde la estación Termini. Nosotros caminamos al Coliseo y también ida y vuelta al Vaticano. Lo recomiendo :)

Viaje con mi esposa y una bebé de 2 años y fue todo súper cómodo, esta muy cerca de Roma Termini, unos 7 minutos caminando.

Tienen cuna y el trato por parte del dueño y los empleados es muy bueno. Nos dieron facilidades como poder dejar nuestras maletas toda la tarde después del checkout.

El dueño habla español perfectamente. Recomendable 100%, si vuelvo a Roma volvería al mismo sitio.

L'emplacement est très bien, surtout si vous voulez être proche de la gare. Le propriétaire est vraiment gentil et serviable! Il est agréable de lui parler et nous n'avions pas vraiment besoin d'aide, mais si nous avions eu besoin de conseils, je suis certaine qu'il nous aurait bien guidés. Heureusement, car pour le reste, c'est plutôt moyen, mais ça reflète le prix payé. La chambre est petite et la salle de bains encore plus. L'ensemble est assez vieillot, attention il y a un ascenseur (4e étage) mais il a été en panne lors de notre séjour. Le déjeuner est dans une boîte, très salé/sucré (croissant, sorte de muffin, gâteau aux bananes) mais sans vraiment de saveur. Pour le prix, c'est correct sans plus.

The rooms are clean and adequate for a short stay.
Service was spot on and although its not 24 hour reception access to come and go was really easy. Would highly recommend.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo b&b e siamo rimasti molto contenti.
Personale gentilissimo e camera pulita e ordinata.
Posizione ottima per chi a piedi vuole visitare i monumenti principali.
Per il rapporto qualità/prezzo è consigliatissimo.

Great location, great staff. Good 24h kitchen. Room was ok, a bit small and cold. Water pressure not great as it’s on 4th floor. Breakfast is a simple lunch box, with no variations from day to day. It’s an ok place if you need a simple apartment.
