Lovely Italian restaurant with delicious comfort food. The burrata and pear salad were amazing, and the flatbread is very crispy.

Omg! We had to taste a little of several dishes! We shared and took some home for tomorrow. The staff was wonderful! The focaccia was so soft and delicious. The bolognese spaghetti... mwah! Pear salad was perfect flavor combinations! But my absolute favorite was the minestrone... a 25 year old original recipe ... best minestrone I've ever had! Italian finger kiss of the deepest respect ... It's Italia!

Spectacualr experience! The service was on point. The servers and hostesses were friendly and professional. The bartender knew what he was doing. The space was well lit, comfortable, and welcoming. BUT the food is where they knocked it out of the park. Everything was perfect. I will be back!!

It’s Italia is crushing it. The service (in our case courtesy of Suzanne and Gino) was superb, the vibe is on point, and the cuisine is fantastic. They hit the classics perfectly and take some interesting liberties at times and it pays off. We’ll be back for sure!

For starters, Amanda & Zeke were the best! We had our pup and requested a patio table. They lit the fireplace and outdoor heater for us. The patio was like being transported to a tiny plaza in Italy. The portions were rightly sized. Each was excellent. The spicy flatbread pizza was excellent. So was the pasta carbonara. We also enjoyed the beet salad and minestrone soup. The wine list prices were very reasonable, and they offered corkage if we desired. All in all an excellent experience which we would revisit at the first opportunity.

Enjoyed the lovely patio on a semi-sunny blustery Sunday afternoon! Love the inventive menu and attentive service. We especially enjoyed the beet salad - a work of art and so delicious; flower market pizza - with pears, prosciutto, caramelized onions, & Gorgonzola cheese; and the chef’s special crab omelette with white asparagus and plentiful crab. Can’t wait to come back for dinner!

The ambiance was nice, and our waitress was very attentive. The pesto cavatappi was good, but the pesto was very light in taste. My favorite was the lavender lemon drop.

My husband and I were on a getaway and discovered this wonderful restaurant! Suzanne was our server and such a lovely lady! Knowledgeable, friendly and so great! Our meal was phenomenal! The focaccia was delectable and chef Jacob knew how to make the broiled prawns with a broth that was amazing! We usually try a different place when traveling but found ourselves back here for night two! Delicious food and atmosphere!

“This pizza is not good” - my 4 year old daughter. She also had to wait 40+ minutes for her food.

One random evening here and this became one of my favorite restaurants in the Bay Area. Beautiful ambiance, the food was fantastic (especially the bread, wow), we just loved it here. 4.5 stars is way low in my opinion, this place should be 4.7-4.9 stars. We're going for our second trip just a few weeks after discovering it.

Really wanted to give this place a 5 bc the service was really, really excellent but the food was underwhelming. The quality of ingredients was also great but the taste didn’t match how top notch everything else was. Maybe just an off night or the wrong dish - definitely worth another shot just based on the staff so hopefully will be updating to a 5!

Lovely fancy family Italian restaurant with a great bar. The ribeye is really good. Very unique cocktails like the Ozark Billy Goat with Bourbon, maple and absinthe. Quiet comfortable atmosphere with different seating areas for all size groups, some large booths and tables.

The La Contessa was delicious! Sun dried tomatoes, pesto and fresh burrata sandwiched between soft, flavorful focaccia, with a side of arugula salad with beets. Our group also tried Tiramisu (not the best - very heavy on amaretto), and key lime pie which was alright. The service staff was kind and patient.

This place is an absolute local gem. They simply do everything well. This place is criminally underrated because it’s in a small town.

4.5 stars. Great food and super cute patio. One highlight was the variety in their wine list, and was able to find a bottle Cinque Terre Wine from Linguria Italy. However, we felt service was lacking as it took multiple requests to get an ice bucket for the wine bottle and felt pacing with ordering could be improved. Despite this, the food quality and atmosphere easily made up for lacking service. I would recommend the pesto pasta and asking about the daily specials as the halibut was very fresh.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would most likely still come back. Maybe service is better inside rather than on the back patio.

J'étais au It's Italia. Quelle bonne pizza!! Un vrai délice pour les papilles. Adresse parfaite pour une pause gourmande à Half Moon Bay.

Service was really good. Our server was very kind and recommended us drinks and food and served us with a big smile :)
Atmosphere look and ambience was good. Could have been a little more clean. Floor was sticky and the table where we sat had food on the floor. I didn't wanted to step on it with my nice shoes so had to sit uncomfortable throughout.
Over all a nice place with good food.
