Eine Adresse mit Menüs, die auf aktuellen Produkten basieren, und über 180 gelisteten Weinen.
Der schlichte, moderne und elegante Speisesaal ist kurz gesagt ein Spiegelbild der Küche, die in aller Ehrlichkeit angeboten wird. Die Speisekarte wechselt alle sechs Wochen, je nach saisonalen Produkten, die von lokalen Erzeugern und Partnern stammen. Dasselbe gilt für die Weine, die hinter dem schönen Glasdach, das als Weinkeller dient, einen zentralen Platz einnehmen. Mehr als 180 Weine sind hier gelistet, sodass Sie für jedes Gericht die perfekte Begleitung finden werden! Gerichte, die mit lokalen Spezialitäten zubereitet werden (Linsen aus Puy, grüne Verveine, schwarzes Lamm aus Velay usw.).

Quelle belle étape, nous avons choisi de manger du poisson, nous n’avons pas été déçus, saumon fumé de Craponne sur Arzon, belle découverte, truite avec une cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée, desserts super fins. Rien n’est laissé au hasard. Merci également pour cet accueil souriant.

Overpriced for the experience I had
I was expecting to pay more for a great gastronomic experience. That what the restaurant seems to offer, but I regret to say that I am and I end up in another overpriced and pretencious restaurant.
The entrance of the restaurant looks like an hotel check-in, maybe it was in the past, but it doesn't look bad at all. The room has a quite and confortable environment and it is pleasant.
I ordered an Carpaccio as the starter which was for me the worst experience of the menu, too much cheese sauce and a ridiculous among of carpaccio. I felt really frustrated because it was almost none. If carpaccio isn't the main ingredient, change the name to "Cheese sauce with few notes of carpaccio"
The main dish was a very well cooked and quality piece a meat but with a roasted carrot only. Which I finished in 1 minute.
Then the cheese. they were good, but 3 very thin and tiny slices of cheese, it would enough for me as an experience, if the main dish was with reasonable quantity. I felt the quantity were less nice than a supermarket offer in the cheese section.
Oh well, the dessert was saved the day. funny that the dessert should be in the experience the smaller dish, but it was the bigger one, but I guess I can thank the chef for providing me less food to allow me to not feel guilty when I eat the dessert.
in total, we spend 43€ each. I think it is overpriced for the gastronomic experience, could be easily improved by quantities in Carpaccio starter and with something more than a carrot.

Je ne fais jamais de commentaires négatifs, mais là...ayant opté pour le menu Dégustation à 59€, menu identique pour la tablée, nous avons été obligés d'accepter un menu imposé par le chef lui-même, nous a-t-on dit, et pas de discussion...et aussi à l'arrivée on voulait nous poser dans la salle 1 alors que nous avions réservé pour la salle2 ...quant au reste... nous aurions mieux fait de s'en retourner! car nous sommes sortis rouges de colère et de honte . C'aurait dû être un moment délicieux.

Parfaite du poisson, et des sauces particulièrement légère Produits locaux choisis avec soins. Un compliment particulier pour les desserts un croustillant de chocolat sublime et léger ainsi qu'une mousse d'agrumes avec des fruits frais pelés à vif.
Bravo au chef nous nous sommes régalé.
Nous recommandons fortement.
