Im not impressed about the service . We called and we where told that the room is available however it was a lie and we ended up with no place to sleep

Arrived at 1.30 PM and our room was not ready although check in is from 10.30am. I asked for a different room and they said they hadn’t cleaned any of their rooms because they were busy with other things. What kind of hotel is this? When we asked why rooms aren’t prepared for arriving guests they laughed at us. We had to wait for cleaning staff to arrive and to prepare the room for us. Customer service non-existing. Very frustrating …

All fives, not as a three-star rest stop, but as excellent service. From the moment you walk into their reception area until you check into your room, you will feel at ease and instantly at home. I recommend this hotel for business travelers and those staying in Mbarara for a short period of time.
