Das Crosby Hotel liegt im Herzen von SoHo und bietet Zimmer, die mit vielen Gemälden, Nippes und Lampen mit originellem Design dekoriert sind. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist nicht nur sehr hochwertig, sondern bietet auch frische Produkte an, die größtenteils auf dem Dach des Gebäudes angebaut werden! Schließlich ist es nicht unwahrscheinlich, dass Sie im Hotel auf Prominente treffen, da es der Ort vieler Interviews und Pressekonferenzen amerikanischer Schauspieler ist.

Today, I visited the hotel for a crucial meeting with my client, intending to discuss design ideas for his new space, inspired by the hotel’s style. However, my experience was marred by unwelcoming interactions with the staff. When I attempted to charge my laptop at the restaurant, I was abruptly informed that it wasn’t allowed. Relocating to the library for a charge, I was promptly escorted out by the assistant beverage manager, Shelly, who insisted that only hotel guests were permitted there. This lack of flexibility and accommodation made me feel unwelcome. Despite understanding the necessity of rules, the abruptness of the staff’s response and their failure to offer alternatives left a negative impression. As someone who has frequented 5-star hotels globally, I am disappointed by the snobbish and dismissive treatment I received. It’s disheartening to see a hotel prioritize current guests over potential future ones, neglecting the fundamental principles of good customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.

The staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and ensured that every aspect of my stay was impeccable.The room I stayed in was an oasis of elegance, boasting stylish decor, luxurious amenities, and stunning views of the city skyline. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated artwork adorning the walls.The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations at every turn. Whether enjoying a delectable meal at the on-site restaurant, relaxing in the cozy library, or unwinding in the serene courtyard garden, every moment spent at Crosby Street Hotel was a delight.What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled level of service provided by the staff. From arranging special requests to offering personalized recommendations for exploring the city, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect.
