Wunderschöne, geräumige Zimmer in einem Vintage-Hotel in New York.
Die Einrichtung des The Evelyn ist von den New Yorker Hotels der 1960er Jahre inspiriert und die Möbel erinnern an diese Zeit. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und so eingerichtet, dass sie das angenehme Gefühl vermitteln, sich in einer Vintage-Wohnung und nicht in einem Hotelzimmer zu befinden. Sie sind alle mit einem Grammophon ausgestattet, das man mit seinem Smartphone bedienen kann. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe der Straße, in der Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts alle großen Musikstudios beheimatet waren, und steht auch zu seinem musikalischen Erbe.

This hotel is a great value and family friendly. They offer complimentary breakfast in the morning which has a great selection of items. There is a nice nook area above the cafe where you can eat, study or do some work. Madison Square Park is right outside with a nice playground for kids and has a nice view of the flatiron building and a clock tower. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and the staff brought her birthday balloons and some snacks. This was our second time going to The Evelyn and it was a fantastic experience.

I don’t know how or when you checked your records, but I certainly did call. I wasn’t a guest of the hotel, if that’s what you checked. Nevertheless I have no reason to lie. If that’s the implication.

The Evelyn is a wonderfully cosy hotel within walking distance or a 5-10 minute ride from all the best venues south of Central Park. The interior is decorated in art deco style, warm and dark shades of brown and red. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the wifi could be better. They have some wicked playlists covering new wave, 90s alternative music, 70s funk, but also more contemporary rock, shoegaze and pop music. The night bar is fab, with jazzy tunes, a trendy crowd shows and they serve a very solid Manhattan cocktail. All in all, I warmly recommend the place.

Love staying at The Evelyn. Beautiful design, great location, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and a very cool bar.

Le petit dejeuner inclus correspond à une boisson à emporté + collation au choix, vraiment pas digne d’un bel hôtel.
L’emplacement est vraiment top.
